“never had any test results back .disgusting, what did come back we could not read it was all in numbers and could not read them what a load of rubbish”

“My test results arrived 3 days after I posted each one even though I had them in the post box early morning. I paid for a day 5 early release and wasn't allowed out until, effectively, day 9!! This was the worse case scenario and completely spoiled my visit to my family after waiting 18 months to finally see them.”

“Absolutely disgusted! My elderly father and stepmother paid £200 to return from living in Spain during the pandemic for health reasons and when encountering problems with the ref number being excepted at border control..he and I tried for hours to get confirm on the phone to help but no answer just kept in que..he had to pay another £350 for another 2 day 2&8 tests before he could board…confirm will not give him a refund!! I WILL NOT LET CONFIRM RIP MY DAD OFF”

“Do not pay this company any money. No results results received. No responses to phone/ emails/ chat line. Resulting in my reporting company to citizens advice bureau trading standards and Bank - Dispute opened. Trust pilot reviews in some cases describe this company as scammers and cowboys and exactly illustrates my experience do not use”

“had to chase up day 2 test result, got a day 5 fit to release test through a different company did day two test and after two days had to chase them up for result (negative) they said they had emailed it to me but they obviously hadn't. Still waiting for day 8 result (6 weeks later) I went for day five fit to release test locally with another company and had negative result but if I had relied on Confirm I would still be isolating. Not cheap and not reliable.”

“I did my test to release on my 5th day and I got the result after 1 week. I called you guys and explained what happened and they told me to write an email. Its been over 1 week now since I sent you an email.”

“Didn't send me the booking test reference number . No second email received . Failed to acknowledge their mistake which also happened to friends who booked via the company . Called not answered only asked to leave message . Only sent the number upon my return which is useless . Had to order test from different provider. Asked for refund but told not their policy despite their obvious blunder . An utter rip off and irresponsible seller . Never again.”
