“Result for day 5 came on day 10! Dont waste your time in trying to buy a test to release, cause there is no guarantee you will be able to release. Disappointed!”

“Very poor experience. Whilst the tests arrived in advance which was good, the timescales to receive results was not until 3 DAYS later. Took a long time when called to speak with someone. Day 2 test - not received for one party - apparently sent to another email. Day 5 test (early release) - NOT RECEIVED. When we telephoned on day three, we were informed that the test was actually completed the day before though not sent . Given we paid to have a day five test, not having a result until day 8 was a complete waste of money. Would NOT recommend.”

“I was very disappointed that I got my day 5 test results on day 9 only after me chasing. The document I got then showed that the laboratory completed the analysis already on day 6. Because of the delay you caused I had to stay a whole weekend longer in quarantine than needed and missed an important meeting on day 9. never again”

“They test packs came immediately! I submitted the day 2 test but has NO reply by email or post! Personally, the whole experience was a joke and 120 pounds a total rip off!! Huge money making scheme exploiting Covid 19 into a business to print money with NO transparency at all!”

“I paid for a test after arriving back to the uk with the current laws did everything I had to do posted and heard nothing back I called numerous times and still don’t know so I could of been fined as I had no proof the test was done and no results the guys I work with have had this problem and the money spinner you have you won’t be getting money from any of us”

“You can't easily get someone on the phone. The phone rings for more than 1 hour without anyone picking up the phone. After waiting over an hour for someone to pick up, there are unable to resolve delivering issues of test packs”

“Don’t delivery result on time. Pay for an extra test to be releas earlier from quarantine and they didn’t provide me results on time. I called them in the morning and they told me that my test was in the lab. Later in the afternoon/evening I got an email saying that my test wasn’t arrived. Poor services. Poor customer services.”

“Absolutely shocking. Whilst tests arrived on time, that was the only thing that went smoothly. Also given the subsequent questions on this review, it would seem that getting tests to people is the only area of importance! Posted tests back and 4 days later still heard nothing. Tracked the tests showing delivered so called up to query as 3 attempts at email got no respons. Confirm stated they had received nothing and royal mail was at fault. Cue 3 hours back and forth with royal mail and confirm. Royal mail confirmed the tests hadn't been delivered but they couldn't refund me as business postage had been used paid for by confirm and it was confirms duty to refund me and they claim back from royal mail. Another 2 days trying to chase a refund from confirm who point blank refused using the excuse that I'd already used the codes on my passenger locator form and nothing they could do and subsequently just kept emailing me their no refund policy. 10 days after the tests were posted, amazingly negative results were sent through. Still in shock how, mid heatwave in the UK, the samples were in any fit state to be tested 10 days after they were taken. Queried this again with confirm and once again was just fobbed off. Seems like the whole day 2 testing is just one money making scheme with no real concern for people having covid or not.”

“False poisitive, horrible response system, no reply to phone calls. Don’t put your livelihood in these guys hands. Go somewhere else but these exorbitant charges are day light robbery on top.”
