Terrible terrible terrible service, the tube containing the liquid was broke n was seeping liquid on top of that I travelled all the way to a drop of box 2 hours away from where I love all just to get the airport 2 days later with no results , to this day my results never came back . Waste of £40 disgraceful service

Sent out day 2 samples on the same day but did not receive any results until day 7 after writing two emails and waiting for the CS hotline for more than 30mins. Also failed to receive day 8 results until I made call to CS on day 11. Unfortunately, my child received a test result with “inconclusive”. Having discussed with two CS staff and asking for arranging an extra following-up test for my child, both the CS staff said they would give me a reply for follow-up actions. However, I did not receive any further news from this company. I have to arrange another test for my child and contact the NHS for assistance on my own. Very disappointed.

You must be joking,a day 5 test to release arrives on day 9 ,it was sent back to you on day 5...you offer a 10% discount...there won't be a next time...compensation would be more appropriate for lack of acceptable service

Day 2 test result comes 5th day at evening they don't answer your phone if they do they don't help you and forget o email them they don't reply very disappointing

Slow results and unclear that every test should be v registered. I assumed. Wrongly if I ordered together I only register the first....my mistake.

I have done Day 2 testing with them on 30th July, still waiting for result! What a joke. Poor service. I have emailed them many occasions still no reply

I was very disappointed with the service of Confirm testing. On the evening before I travelled I was required to use the reference number you provided for the UK Gov Locator Form. I rang and rang your number and all I got every time was an ansaphone message stating that there were no operatives available. The problem I had was that your booking reference number began with CONFI and then the digits. I confused the letter ‘I’ with a number ‘1’. I also emailed you several times and did not receive one reply to my email. The following week I also emailed you and never got a reply. I felt so aggrieved with the lack of service that I emailed the Department of Health and Social Care as I was very unhappy that your business is an approved provider on the UK Gov be site. I would like my money returned as I do it feel you provided a satisfactory service level and have the record of unanswered emails and details of my phone calls which were not responded to. Please contact me on 07460440960 to discuss further. I am awaiting a response to my complaint from the DHSC also.

Test kids didn’t arrive until I was on holiday, so I had to find someone to collect them for me as I was isolating. The results were all layers than advertised and my day 5 results never arrived at all. All in all find another provider.

I am very much disappointed with the service and whole heartedly in doubt that I was given positive covid test results of day 2 just to safe your day 8th testing which I paid off already. I called and asked for refund but they never agreed to pay me refund of day 8th test as it never carried out.

Very disappointed at the turnaround time. I paid for a day 2, 5 and 8 test. The day 5 test result did not come back until the afternoon of day 8 by which time it was too late! I emailed to complain but did not get any money refunded or a credit note

I received results as positive from last test. Performed 2 test in other facilities after and it was 'Negative'.
