“Warning: do not book a day 5 test if arriving on Monday or Tuesday. I got my day 5 test result at 9:30pm on day 9. Complete waste of time and money. No refunds as a warning is buried somewhere in an FAQ.”

“They lost my „test to release” and only sent me my result on day 9 after I have already paid for another test locally as I had to go back to work. I still havent received a result from day 8 test (it was month ago) Not helpful and difficult to contact customer service. Avoid!”

Dear Lukasz, I have looked into your order and found the following: For Day 5, you registered your swab on a Saturday, at 26/06/2021 05:45. Royal Mail does not process non-NHS testing samples on weekends. Therefore they picked up and processed your sample on the Monday and it was delivered to our lab on 30/06/2021 00:45 and results released on 30/06/2021 09:56. We did not lose this sample, but there was a Royal Mail delay which is out of our hands. As for your Day 8, you never registered your Day 8 barcode therefore the result was not sent out. If you register your barcode, like you had with your Day 2 and Day 5, you will be able to retrieve your result automatically. As for customer service, I'm sorry you feel we have not helped you. You sent us an email on 09 Jul 19:44 to which we replied on 10 Jul 09:36, and your only reply after that was that you wanted to leave a review. “Tests arrived promptly and we followed instructions as given. Received results of one test two days later, and have yet to receive results from the other six days later. I assume this has been lost. Have contacted company who inform me that they cannot help without a specific barcode, even though I can provide all my personal details, and the test has been registered to me. I am left with no other avenue to follow up, and no result. Money wasted. Would not use again.”

Dear Catherine, I am unsure what you are referring to, as I had checked your record and you did indeed register your barcodes and the results did send. You had two tests registered to your email, and 2 tests registered to your partner's email so the other results sent to his email address. I have forwarded all results again. “Prices fluctuate greatly we paid £105 for two tests a couple of days later they where available for £37 each not including the discount code there’s cheaper pcr tests out there as well shop around look on gov website I wish I had”

“36 hours to turn round a 10 minute test.your company is a disgrace and I would like a fefund.If you don’t have the staff,don’t take on the work!.Will definitely not recommend or use you again.Did exactly the same to my wife .Both had business meetings we were unable to attend.😡😡😡”

Dear Rosemary, I am not sure where you saw that PCR tests are a 10 minute tests but I think you may be thinking of the rapid lateral flow tests. The test you ordered is a PCR test that you send to a laboratory for testing and the testing itself is an hours-long process. You also use Royal Mail to deliver the tests to the lab, which takes another day. 36 hours is well below the timeline we advertise and information about the timeline is available for viewing before you purchase. “Terrible! Ordered my test to release test on Friday evening to have it for Sunday. It came on Monday and I arranged private delivery to the clinic that very day. To this hour still haven’t received the result👎🏼👎🏼 Not worth it. Waiting time to get talking to someone on the phone 50 minutes. No reply to emails. Very poor service!”

“I’m extremely disappointed with the whole experience I opted for test and release day 5 was Sat I posted my results 7.45 am !!!!it’s now day 8 so have to do another test (all at great cost and each test more than the cost of flight!!!!and still no results I check my email and junk every hour even in night !!!!! I definitely would like a refund as it’s failed to do what it promised!!!!!”

Dear Elizabeth, Your result had already sent. I have resent it to you now. As to the timeline, you sent your result on the 10th, and it was not delivered to the lab till 12/07/2021 16:24. Royal Mail does not deliver tests to the lab on Sundays. Your result was issued 13/07/2021 02:45, well within the 24 hour timeline we state. “I am waiting more than 48 h for test results from test 5 day to be released. I am not able to go back to work because my results hasn’t been send to me. Waste of money anyway i am having my full quarantine because you guys doesn’t send me the results”

Dear Ian, Your result was sent to you yesterday at Yesterday 22:45. Royal Mail does not deliver to the lab on Sundays, so your sample only arrived to the lab on Monday and you had results issued the same day. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing
