Sent the test whilst we where away and never responded to my test. Cost a lot of money and no result at all. Utter rubbish.

Although I received my test kit from you ok. When I returned them I did not get my result. Sent two on Saturday 26th June and I am still waiting 7 days later

Dear Linda, As you say, you sent your tests on Saturday and clearly Royal Mail does not have weekend pickup in your area as your samples were only delivered to the lab on 02/07/2021 15:10. Results were then sent on 03/07/2021 02:39. I will resend both results to you now in case they have landed in your spam folder. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

Dear Natascha, You sent your sample on 01/07//2021, it was received at the lab on 02/07/2021 12:35, and the result was sent to you on 03/07/2021 02:21. This is all within stated timelines. I also looked through our communication with you and saw two responses from two different agents to you and both were detailed and courteous and in no way stated anything that would cause discomfort. Very poor I am Still waiting for my day 8 test results I took on Tuesday 29th June, good job I did the test to release so I was able to go back to work! Not with you I might add Which is a good thing

Dear Paul, Your Day 8 result was sent to you Wednesday 21:03. You are advised to check your spam folder since the results are sent from an automated system and can sometimes trigger the spam filter. Dear Nasir, Your result was sent to you Today 10:02 and then resent to you by a colleague at Today 15:20. The review email is only sent when a result has been rendered so we would not have asked for a review unless you had actually received a result. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

Please do not use Confirm testing. Use a different provider and also try to opt for a walk in test centre for ease of mind. Customer service are not helpful but also I do not think they have been equipped with the right tools to help.

Dear Sophie, We're sorry you feel this way. As you can see from the hundreds of reviews, our customer service is very well-equipped and constantly helping customers. I have found no record of any emails from you to our customer service nor any call records from the phone number indicated on your order, unless you called us from a different number. We would be happy to resolve any issues you may have had, so please do email us so we can address them. We do have a walk-in clinic near Heathrow and also offer this option for peace of mind for customers that do not want to use the mail service. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

The service was very poor, we did our day 2 test on a Saturday, poster the tests in a 24 hour priority post box, after chasing confirm testing by phone and e mail for two days, we eventually got a test results on the 24thJune, 5 days later, we took our day 8 tests on day 8, we eventually got our results today, day 13, totally unacceptable

Dear Graham, We're sorry to see you're disappointed, but please allow me to explain. You appear to have registered your Day 2 test on the 19/06/2021. This was a Saturday. It appears your sample was not picked up by Royal Mail till the Monday as there was no weekend pickup in your area. The sample arrived at 23/06/2021 15:42 to the lab and your results were subsequently sent at 24/06/2021 07:28 well within a 24 hour period from beginning of testing. For your Day 8, similarly you took the sample on 26/06/2021, which is again a Saturday and since there is no weekend pickup, your sample arrived at the lab on 30/06/2021 13:02, which would have been a delay from Royal Mail, and your result was sent on 01/07/2021 00:39 again well within 24 hours of testing. You can confirm the delay is from Royal Mail not delivering it by checking the tracking number on the return label you used to send the kit back to the lab. We apologised this caused you a delay but this was not a result of a poor service on our part. We do offer a drop off service to customers that do not wish to use the mail service over weekends. Dear Edward, Sorry to see you're disappointed. I had a look at your record and it appears you registered your test on a Sunday, 27/06/2021. It was not picked up by Royal Mail and was only delivered to the lab on 30/06/2021 00:13 and results were 14 hours later on 30/06/2021 14:08. This is well within stated timelines as our service begins when the sample arrives at the lab. We offer a drop off service to customers that do not wish to be delayed by the mail, and are unfortunately unable to control Royal Mail pick up on the weekends. We have tried finding other courier services but most nationwide couriers will not accept biological material for delivery so we have to use Royal Mail. Do NOT use Confirm Testing. They are confidence tricksters, take your money and do not deliver results. We bought 2 sets of tests including day 5 release. They did not send through one of the day 2 test results until chased the next day and have not sent through either of the day 5 tests which are urgently needed. I shall be reporting to Trading Standards, my credit card company and whoever Government approved them. Questions below I contacted by email and telephone, they have not responded nor sent results

Your Day 5 result was sent at 7:10 this morning, while the other was sent at 30/06/2021 14:27. This was detailed and explained to you in the email this morning. We feel it is unfair to be portraying a bad service in your review when the service was sent to you in full and you have received multiple communications from us. Your last email to us was today at 15:06 and you have not given us a chance to respond to you before posting this review. We are well within stated timelines and can show this to Trading Standards should you wish to send them a request. Dear Perparim, Sorry you feel that way, but we delivered your results in the stated timeline. Your sample was booked in for testing at 30/06/2021 00:52 and results issued at 30/06/2021 16:23, well within the 24 hour timeline. I can see you registered your sample on the 28th, but it was only delivered to the lab on the 30th. You would be able to see that this delay was not ours and was the delivery from Royal Mail if you checked the tracking number on the label. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

Dear Gentian, It appears you sent in your test on a Saturday in an area with no weekend pickup, which means your test did not reach the lab till Wednesday. From the moment it reached the lab it was booked in at 30/06/2021 00:38 and results were sent on 30/06/2021 13:48, so within 13 hours. This is within the stated timeline we give to customers prior to purchase. We are unfortunately unable to control the Royal Mail service and it is the only option that allows biological samples in its network through the use of the priority boxes. Dear Ann, I can see we have also responded to an email you sent to us about a tracker, but this is not someone affiliated with us. We do not send anyone to anyone's homes. If you are referring to an NHS Test & Trace tracker then this is not affiliated with us and you would have to take it up with Test & Trace. Your Day 5 results were all sent to you within stated timelines. You performed your test on 28/06/2021, it was received at the lab the next day since you used the Royal Mail next day return label, and was booked in for testing at 29/06/2021 19:22, and results were sent to you on 30/06/2021 15:40. Terrible and confusing. Total waste of time and money, and don’t answer phone when calling for help. The day 2 test is worthless, because you don’t get a result back in time to make it fit for purpose. Dad flew into uk from a green list country, so needed a day 2 test . He was flying out 5 days later, so should have been plenty of time to take test, send to them and for them to send back a result , so that he could use it as the proof of negative result to fly back out . By the day before he was flying out, there was no communication from confirm testing. I had to call and stay on the phone all day and no one answered. Then I emailed, and was told to go to Royal Mail to track the package. This was meant to be a priority 24 package and it still had not arrived after 3 days. Had to pay and extra £250 to get an ultra fast 3 day test the morning of his flight, go into the city of London at 7.00 am and then back home, then rush to the airport . Today I finally got the result back from confirm , which is 6 days after he landed last week. So he left the country without getting a result back from the day 2 test. So what is the point of the day 2 test ?? No one actually cares what his result was, so what is the point of paying £50 to CONFIRM TESTING , when they don’t give a result back in time for it to be useful ??? The only reason you have to pay for a day 2 test, is to get a booking reference , which has to be added to a form which is required to come into the country. The actual test is not relevant. He didn’t even need to do the test and send it to the lab to get analysed, because he was gone before the result arrived. Can someone please let me know why I have paid confirm testing for a day 2 test, when no one actually cares what the result is ??

It is sent to the email address indicated on the patient form, not the email on the order from which you are now leaving this review. Please check that email inbox for your result. Used the Day 5 test to release service - such a waste of time and money. didn’t end up getting my result until day 9 and completely ignoring my requests for a refund. They tried to blame it on royal mails 24 tracked service but if they are unable to rely on their delivery service then they should use a different delivery service (for example RM special delivery etc???) because I paid £60 to get released a DAY early, which interfered with my personal life. Don’t waste your time and money. Only good thing was the customer service employees communication and I know it’s not these peoples fault.

I booked the day 2 and 8 tests for me and day 2, 5 and 8 for my husband. They told us that we will receive the day 5 test on Sunday (Day 6), so my husband will be able to go to work. But the results came Tuesday (Day8). All these tests are useless, waste of money, and the day 5 test to release it's just a scam. You will be able to go to work on day 8 or 9... so it is for sure a wast of money. There is no day 5 test to release so don't waste your money paying for nothing. Also the tests results came after 3 days for day 2 and 8, and they are changing hundreds... this is just a business that needs to stop. 🤓
