Your service has been complete rubbish, aside from the politeness of the representatives on the phone. Given that I have spent more than 3 hours speaking to them to sort out the many errors your firm has made, I should know. 1. Kits shipped to wrong address 2. Once redirected, only 1 of 3 shipped 3. Error in your system made it impossible to register one of the day 5 kits 4. Response to email an absolutely useless template e-mail followed by no response to my request to keep the case open I intend to make sure all of my colleagues and everyone I can reach, including NHS officials, know how rubbish this experience has been. Your performance has been polite but disgraceful.

The timing for test to release test is very critical and our results did not come through until day 8 far too slow for the expensive price of £60 for this test. Royal Mail not to blame as our fit to fly and day 2 test from another provider came through the next day. It would also be good to have a communication that you have the tests at your lab but I suspect this will only highlight your expensive and slow service. Would not recommend and would not use again.

Dear Anna, I am sorry if you feel that Confirm Testing have not provided you with the service that you were expecting. Unfortunately, your order was one directly impacted by the lack of delivery service over the weekend. As we rely on third parties to transport testing kits and swabs around the country, there can be some delays involved that are beyond our control. Once your swab did reach our laboratory, we had it tested and results to you in under 6 hours. It is really unfortunate that this has impacted your view on our business, we hope you don't see this as a reflection of our company but merely a delay in transport. Wishing you continued health. Good morning my wife and I did your 5 day test to release, we did the test early on Friday 18th of June and posted the completed tests at our local main Royal mail post office in the priority box at 7am that morning. I did not receive my test result until the day 8 at 21.17pm my wife received her test result later than this at 10pm. So obviously we weren't satisfied with the slow service ! we weren't released to go out until the morning of day 9 !! so we were only released two days early. Rob from Guildford Surrey

I opted into test to release so that I could return to work ASAP. I asked if I could take my day 5 (on Sunday) test straight to the lab but was told that wasn’t allowed but I could take it to the Marriott hotel in Heathrow which my daughter did for me only to be told by the receptionist that there was no collection on a Sunday and she directed my daughter to the nearest priority postbox! Waste of a 120 mile journey!!!! When I complained I was questioned as to who told my daughter this and what they looked like!! Various calls later a manager called me to say she would investigate my claim. I eventually got my day 5 result on day 8! My husband got his on day 7 even though they were posted together. I had to chase my results as I hadn’t got the email on day 8. I lost 2 days work as my employer wouldn’t let me work until I had my negative result. Complete waste of money and I will definitely not use confirm testing again

Dear Joanne, I am sorry to hear that you faced these issues with the Marriott Hotel Clinic drop off and were not satisfied with our service. We know how important it is to some people to leave isolation early due to other commitments. Please know that a full investigation is happening behind closed doors in regards to what happened with your daughter and why she was given miss information; we have not forgotten about this. These things do take time so please be patient with us whilst we get to the bottom of this. I can assure you we take situations like these very seriously and will be back in contact when we have more information. In regards to your results, I am glad your husband received his result on day 7, thats great to hear when your day 5 fell on a Sunday. Even when testing kits are sent at the same time, they can get split up in the mailing system and it doesn't necessarily mean they will be tested together. I can see your swab was booked in a few hours later than your husbands causing a delay in your day 5 conclusive result yet you have received your day 8 result and your husbands is still undergoing testing. This is normal as we ask each kit is sent individually to avoid cross contamination and ensure a smooth process once they reach the lab. My test was rejected, without a good explanation, except that I should follow the instructions (which I did).

Dear Binyamin, Its always a shame to get a rejected result from the laboratory, no one enjoys having to take a test again. Swabs can fail to meet Oncologica’s acceptance criteria for a variety of reasons, I can see your swab was dry and/or had insufficient VTM. This means there was not enough solution to preserve your specimen causing a dry, unpreserved sample at the time of arrival which could not be analysed. This can happen if the swab is in transit for a long period of time or if there is a leak before the specimen reaches the laboratory; it is normally not a fault in the way you have taken the test. I am sorry this wasn't explained to you in further detail. I have taken your feedback on board and let our team know to expand more detail with this in the future. Wishing you continued health. I've made my 5th day release test, and i've got my results after 4days, in the same day with the results from the test from day 8. You've waisted my money and I will not recomend this company to anyone. If I had a chance to take my money back, I would do that. You should be ashamed about this.🤬

Service advertises results within 24hrs. Well, don't expect results so soon. They say it's 24hrs from the time they receive sample which could be anything and there is no way to verify that. Your day 5 test to release may as well become day 7 ( I am still waiting so maybe longer). Their customer service is useless and can't be bothered. They confirm receiving the sample but failed to test it. Shockingly poor and disappointing. I travel often but will never use them again. By far the slowest testing service I ever experienced.

Dear Wojciech, It is really unfortunate that you have decided to post a one star review after we have delivered the service that we announce on our website. As one of our friendly Customer Service Advisors has confirmed with you this morning, you took your test on 22/06, it arrived in the laboratory on 23/06, the testing process took place and your results are available today 24/06. I would like to know where you have gathered the information from that you have interpreted as results within 24 hours from time of swab. Please forward this to info@confirmtesting.com so we can review it. The information on our product page does say, 'if you perform the test on Day 5 and send using the pre-paid Royal Mail Tracked24 you should receive your certificate either late on Day 6 or on Day 7.' I can assure you, we would not advertise for something we simply cannot promise to deliver with a swab at home testing kit. I sent my DAY 5 test to release on day 5 at 7am at post office in person,. I received my results today; on day 8..... 3 days later. £60 DOWN THE DRAIN, as I may had waited 2 more days to day 10..... worse than useless 😡

We do state at point of purchase if you perform the test on Day 5 and send using the pre-paid Royal Mail Tracked24 you should receive your certificate either late on Day 6 or on Day 7. This is there for the customer to view before making the decision to commit to the sale. As promised, I can see we have provided you a conclusive result on your day 7 of self-isolation and do not believe this warrants a one star review. Paid for my day 5 test to release and sent of the morning of day 5 which was a Friday so no excuse to be delayed - only just got my result this morning on day 9 so a complete waste of money seeing as I sent off my day 8 test yesterday. Would definitely not recommend!!!!

Dear Toni I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied with our service. I can see it has taken longer than expected for your swab to reach our lab. Unfortunately, we do rely on third party mailing services to get all our kits back to us and sometimes these can take get delayed. These issues are beyond our control but you can always be sure that as soon as the swab sample arrives at our lab, a result will be issued within 24 hours. If you are planning any travels in the near future, we recommend arranging a courier service or dropping your sample off to our clinic at London Heathrow Marriott Hotel. Wishing you continued health. Unfortunately my experience so far was very unsatisfying!! I purchased 2 day 5 tests, obviously because it was extremely important for me and my partner to finish quarantine as soon as possible for work reasons!! And this didn't happen thanks to you, if I knew this was going to happen in advance I would have chosen a different company!! We are taking our day 8 tests in the morning and still didn't recieve the result from you!! It was a total waste of money to pay for two tests which best case scenario is going to save us 2 days of quarantine! Can't even count on that at this point.. Caused a lot of trouble!! Extremely dissapointed!

With the 'swab at home tests', time factors need to be taken into consideration for delivery, booking in and then testing at the laboratory.
