Dear Graham, It appears you registered your barcode on Friday. Your sample only arrived at the lab today and was booked in for testing on 12/07/2021 14:52. Your area may not have Royal Mail Saturday pickup or processing. You can verify this with your Royal Mail tracking number. Our prices are some of the most competitive on the market. Dear Christine, You received your result at Today 00:03. I have resent it to you. We ask customers to check their spam folders as results are sent from an automated system, which can sometimes trigger the spam filter. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

Dear Michelle, You appear to be unsatisfied that you incorrectly swabbed yourself and therefore your initial sample was rejected. We have explained this to you in email and reset you a test kit. The lab rejects samples that do not have a sufficient volume to test. This is why we include instructions on how to test. Your issue has been dealt with on email. Sent them a test, registered it online, did everything I was supposed to do, and never heard anything back from them despite calling on more than one occasion in order to receive confirmation the test had been received. Promised results inside 24 hours of them receiving the test, which Royal Mail Tracing shows was shortly after 11am yesterday morning. Received several emails trying to get me to buy other tests from them but nothing in relation to my own test. UPDATE: as can be seen from the response to review below, I was promised my result within 24hrs of 15:22. This has been and gone. Don’t trust these guys - impossible to get hold of over the phone too. Very poor.

Dear Chris, You registered your sample on 07/07/2021 09:30, it arrived to the lab on 08/07/2021 15:22 and is currently in progress for testing, which is still within the 24 hour period stated. You will receive results within the next couple of hours. You have sent us zero emails enquiring about this, in which case we would have updated you on the progress. Dear Chris, It appears you updated your review. I have already responded to your initial review. The Royal Mail tracking updates as delivered when it is at the depot not when it is at the lab. You are free to verify this with Royal Mail. As mentioned in my previous review, your results should be delivered to you within the 24 hour window and I have let you know when it was delivered to the lab. As for the marketing emails, you always have the option to unsubscribe by clicking that button at the bottom of the email. Best wishes to you, Confirm Testing

I sent my day 5 test on Sunday 4th July. Still haven't heard the result so the test is now pointless I will ask for a refund

Rubbish , super slow , check other companies and u can get results on the same day , instead of getting day 5 test to release on day 8 afternoon!!!!! 0 ⭐️ if I could.

Dear Matias, The Same Day results for other companies cost at least three times what the at-home product costs. You purchased an at-home product and the timeline is all clearly stated on the website. You used Royal Mail to deliver the sample back to the lab so the earliest it would have gotten to the lab is already on Day 6, and then it needs to undergo hours long testing procedures. We state all of the timelines on our website prior to purchase. If you required a same day result, you would have needed to book an in clinic appointment. Terrible, it's now 7.30pm on day 8 and we are still waiting for 3 out of 4 of our results. Complete waste of Money and when we call up we get a different story each time. We called on the afternoon of Day 7 to chase at around 3pm and we were told that the tests had been received and were on their way to the lab. We called on the afternoon of day 8 to chase again and this time we were told that they hadn't received the tests until 8pm the previous day and it could take 48 hours. Which would take us to the evening of day 9.

Paid the extra money for day 5 ‘release’ - my husband received his negative release email 30 minutes after midnight on day 6 but nothing for me!! Both tests done, registered and posted before 8am, in same post box, at the same time, but no email for me!!!! My advice - DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Dear Lynda, Your result was sent to you on Today 20:36. While test kits may be posted at the same time, it does not mean Royal Mail delivers them at the same time since they are all in separate packages. Very disappointed with this site. If you order on day 5, you will be late. I had to call customer service 4 times in 3 days, with a minimum wait of 7/17 minutes. They first put the wrong address, saying it was my fault when it was their fault because on the carrier's site it was wrong. I received a new one on day 5, and with the results I was free on day 7 instead of 5. Count 24 hours for results even if sent early in the morning. No discount, nothing , I would go to another company for my next vacation and I would not recommend it to my friends.

Dear Leontine, Sorry to see you are disappointed. I wanted to clarify some things: Day 5 TTR does not mean you will receive results on Day 5. It is just when you are allowed to perform the test, just like Day 2 and Day 8. We clearly state the timeline of results on our product page prior to purchase. We can only ship to the address you enter on the order and that is why your original dispatch was sent to the address you entered on the form. Keep getting customer service reviews for Covid test- which o took on Saturday, 4 days ago. Still waiting for results… speaks for itself. Thankfully I’m in no rush for the results but 4 days is unacceptable.

It appears you do not have weekend pickup for the priority box you chose as Royal Mail would have picked it up on Monday, as it was only delivered to the lab yesterday. We had resent Day 2 to you as well as it had appeared it may have landed in your spam folder, which we do ask for customers to check since the results are sent from an automated system that can trigger the spam filter. Dear Andrew, You sent your sample on 03/07/2021 in an area with no weekend pickup by Royal Mail. Your sample was not processed by them till Monday and therefore only delivered to our lab on Tuesday, where it was booked in on 06/07/2021 14:55 and your result issued on 07/07/2021 01:26. This is all within stated timelines. We advise customers to check their Royal Mail service in their areas. There is Saturday pickup in some areas, which means samples are delivered on Monday. There is no processing of mail at all on Sundays. You can verify all this on your Royal Mail tracking number. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

Bad worse delay ..i am not happy with you ..i paid money for nothing ..you should send me my money back ..i didnt get the 5th test on time and it said it wasnt clear ..i didnt get any refund

Dear Abdellatif, I am unsure what delay you are speaking of. You sent your sample on the 3rd (a Saturday). Royal Mail does not deliver anything on Sundays. Your sample arrived at the lab on Monday, was booked in for testing at 05/07/2021 12:23 and results received the same day on 05/07/2021 21:25. Your results were turned around in 9 hours. Dear Fiona, I am unsure what you mean. You registered your Day 5 sample on 28/06/2021 12:30, it arrived the next day at the lab on 29/06/2021 11:07, and results were sent the same day on 29/06/2021 20:12. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

Dear Carmen, We have responded to your email about this. It appears you did not select the right test for what you needed, which was a PCR test to confirm your COVID infection status. You selected an antibody test which confirms the presence of antibodies at least 2 weeks post infection. It does not confirm a current infection status. I won’t use the service again, it took too long to get the results of my test to release, so I feel like I wasted money. I tested on Friday and posted it before 10am, the lab got my test at around 10am of Saturday, but the result was only confirmed at 3pm on Sunday. I contacted the company by email and the customer service was very friendly, but when I called on Sunday morning, the person on the phone wasn’t friendly at all.
