Dear Beebee, I am sorry you had difficulties receiving your results. Unfortunately, result emails can sometimes get lost in the spam/junk inbox. I can see you have contacted our Customer Service Team today and they have forwarded your results for you again. I am glad this has been resolved for you. Wishing you continued health. I did my 5 day test to release over 48 hours ago and still no test results so officially still not allowed to leave the house on day 7 don’t waste your money

Dear John, I can see a conclusive result was sent to you yesterday at 20:46 to your email provided on your booking form. I am sorry if you did not receive these, I have sent them again to be sure they arrive in your inbox. Please check you spam inbox too as they can get caught in there sometimes. Wishing you continued health. Confirm Testing

Very poor. Test came back inconclusive and was told they would send another one out. I said no point as the result would come back after the 10 day quantaine and would like a refund . They refused . Extremely disappointing.

Dear Bogdan, I am sorry you were not satisfied with the service we provided. I can see your results were sent to you yesterday at 14:45 in time for your day 7. I have re-sent these incase they have ended up in your spam folder. As stated on the webpage, we aim to get Day 5 TTR results sent for day 6 or 7 and I can see we have fulfilled this for you. Please check your email again for your result. Wishing you continued health. Confirm Testing

Dear Karolina, I am sorry you were not satisfied with our service. Unfortunately, delivery can face delays if your day 5 falls on a Saturday or Sunday. This is due to some areas not having a postal collection on the weekend which forms an accumulation in mail and sometimes puts everything back a two to three days from time of postage. We do state, at point of purchase, that sending the sample back to the lab relies upon the Royal Mail and this may result in delays in getting your results and therefore lengthen home quarantine. I hope this explains why your result was delivered to you slightly later than hoped for. Wishing you continued health. Confirm Testing

All other tests with Chronomics have come back negative. Obviously these tests are not fit for purpose as they cannot tell you one way or another. Cost £60 . Will not be using in future. Did test in exactly same way as all other tests even the NHS test can give you a result.

Dear Carol, I am unsure as to what you mean when you say we cannot tell you one way or another? I can see we have sent you a result for your Day 5 Test To Release at 03:06am today, the morning of your day 7 in self-isolation. If you have not received this please check your junk/spam inbox as it may have got caught up in there. I hope this clarifies the situation. Wishing you continued health. Confirm Testing

Dear Shaun, I can see your results were sent to you at 07:36am this morning. If you have not received these please check your spam/junk inbox. I have also forwarded the email again so it is easier for you to find. As it states on the product page, if you perform the test on Day 5 and send using the pre-paid Royal Mail Tracked24 you should receive your certificate either late on Day 6 or on Day 7 and I can see we have fulfilled that for you. If you needed your results sooner, please opt for an in-clinic appointment next time to guarantee faster results. I hope this resolves your issue for you. Wishing you continued health. I received the result only now (end of day8) of my day 5 test to release. Completely unnecessary.

Hi Paolo, I can see your day 5 fell on a Sunday and this has caused the delay in your result. We make it clear on the product page, at time of purchase, if your day 5 falls on a Saturday or Sunday you may not receive your results until Day 8, due to the lack of a Royal Mail delivery service on the weekend. I hope this clarifies. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

Communication was non existent, no email to confirm registration and none to confirm receipt of test and how can you offer a 5 day test if results aren’t the next day. I waste of money !

Dear Mike, We received no emails from you to respond to, so I am unsure what you mean by communication was non-existent. The registration portal displays a message when registration is completed, which would let you know it had been successful. As for the next day result, we clearly state on the product page that this is a postal test, otherwise you should have opted for a clinic appointed if you needed same day or next day results. The return label included is for next day delivery and then the test has to go through at least a few hours of testing. This is all clearly stated on the product page before you make your purchase. As for receipt of sample, you are asked in the instructions booklet to keep track of your Royal Mail tracking number. This would clearly tell you when the sample is delivered. Had you emailed or called us we would have been happy to explain this and to give you a progress report on your sample. Sorry you feel it was a waste of money, however we do try to provide all information prior to purchase. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

Dear Nicola, I have checked your barcode and you had registered your swab on Monday and sent it in the mail, which means it only arrived at our lab yesterday, Tuesday. It was booked in for testing at this time: 16/06/2021 01:14 You should receive results sometime today. We clearly state the timelines for the postal tests on our product pages. I hope this clarifies. Dear Hannah, Your results were sent to you, otherwise you would not have received the email requesting the review. You had two different email addresses on the order, one in the patient form and one on the order itself. We send the results to the one on the patient form. Have you checked that one? I have resent it to you now. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

Dear Fatri, You would not have received the email requesting a review if the result had not sent first. I have just resent it to you, as it may have landed in your spam folder. We had no communication from you asking where the result was, we would have been happy to resend it to you if you had alerted us that you had not received it. It is sent from an automated system as soon as the result is available from the lab, and that sometimes triggers the spam filter. I hope this resolves your issue. Sadly parking charges increased the cost of the test by more than 10%. When arriving at the car park there’s signs everywhere in the car park that you need to pay and displays of the fines if you don’t. Upon walking into the testing office I am greeted with ‘I hope you didn’t pay for parking’. No one bothers to let you know at the point of booking not to pay so I genuinely felt taken for a ride having free parking pointed out to me after arrival.

Took day 2 test and sent back Royal Mail tracking confirmed test was delivered the next day (day 3) Still no result on day 8 Rang help line and was told there was an issue with sending the result They had my email address and phone number so could have made contact via either. After calling result was emailed within the hour. Would not trust for a day 5 early release test. Bright note was the test arrived next day after ordering it.

Totally waste of money, you get a test day 5 but you don't get the results until day 7. Possibly works for people really need 2 days less of isolation but for me was I silly move thinking get back to work earlier.

Dear Luis, Sorry to see you're disappointed. We state clearly on the product page that it is a postal test. The Royal Mail return label is for next day delivery, which means the test doesn't even get to the lab till Day 6 and needs to be tested. The earliest we could deliver results is Day 6 in the evening and Day 7 if delayed. This is all clearly stated on the product page before you purchase. We are always available to discuss alternatives, and have been, with our customers should they contact us. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

Fast postage to me, not simple instructions to follow to take the test, sent it off on Saturday and didn't recieve any results by email or text. Chased up on Friday and told the results were sent on Tuesday, however not in spam folder and recieved confirmation emails all fine, suspect that their system doesn't work as my girlfriend has EXACTLY the same issue. Would use again because of the price but would call up earlier. Use code "WELCOME10CT" to save 10%

Dear Robin, Sorry to hear you are not satisfied, but thank you for wanting to use us again. We try to make our instructions as clear and detailed as possible. I can see your results were sent on time, I'm sorry you were unable to find them and hope we were able to resolve this for you as soon as possible. Unfortunately due to you sharing our code so publicly, we have now had to change it. These code are a bonus for our subscribers and it would be unfair to have them shared so publicly. I purchased the day 2 and 8 tests as well as the day 5 test to release test. Both the day 2 and day 5 tests came back “inconclusive” and the day 8 test came back positive. I had no symptoms and was fully vaccinated. I immediately went to NHS to get a PCR test, which confirmed I was negative. So the testing process at Confirm did not work! Wasted money. (btw, I’ve successfully done the home test swab multiple times, so it was not me.)

Dear Kent, Sorry to hear you were not satisfied, but please allow me to explain why you received the results you received. Inconclusive or rejected results can happen for a myriad of reasons, including things like insufficient samples or leaked samples from tubes. As for getting a positive sample and another negative sample following it, we trust our lab wholeheartedly and let me explain why the results may differ. Our lab performs a process called "genomic sequencing" on all positive results. This is a very expensive procedure and is unlikely to be performed by the NHS, which is part of the reason why Day 2 & Day 8 testing is performed by private providers. This is required for all positive samples to identify any variants of COVID-19. The "Ct" values of a sample are tested, and a number over 30 will result in a positive result. The testing from the NHS might be choosing a different threshold. We would never provide a false result and all positive results are sequenced to validate the result. I am sure you are aware that even fully vaccinated people can be infected with the virus. The vaccine is effective for preventing hospitalisation and severe illness, but not preventing you from being infected or carrying the virus. I hope this clarifies what happened in your situation, and we are happy to further clarify should you require this. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

I had the worst experience I could possibly have. Please do not buy!!! I did my test on the fifth day (test to relese) and I got my results on the 10th day!! They blame everything on the Royal Mail and I never got any refund ... waste of money and terrible customer service

Dear Martyna, Sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your experience with us. We tried really hard to keep you updated of the progress of your samples and send you many emails to update you on this. You had sent your sample on a Sunday, and it did not arrive to our lab due to Royal Mail as we did explain to you and you can see on your tracking number. The sample was booked into our lab 09/06/2021 21:59 and results were issued at 10/06/2021 14:45, well within 24 hours of arriving at the lab. We clearly state on our product page that the return labels are with Royal Mail and to check the priority box times as well as to be aware of any delays and to arrange alternative methods of sending if this is an issue. Again, sorry to hear of the delay, we did try our best to keep you updated but Royal Mail delays are out of our control. We will however be raising your example to Royal Mail as we continue to ask them to speed up the process of processing samples at the depot local to the lab. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

Dear Michael, Sorry you were unhappy with the timing of your results; however, we wanted to clarify. I have looked at your order and your swab times, and it seems you swabbed your Day 5 on Sunday. This means it wasn't picked up by Royal Mail till Monday and wasn't delivered to our lab till 09/06/2021 01:12 with results being released at 09:47 on the same day (so in about 8 hours). We make it clear on the product page before you purchase that any samples taken on the weekend could potentially be delayed and this is out of our control as it is reliant on Royal Mail, which we also make clear on the product page. I hope this help clarify why you received the results when you did. Thank you for choosing Confirm Testing.
