“I never received day 2 test results for myself and my husband. Family of 4 and only our children’s result came through on the email. Waste of money”

“Over-priced, as are all of the Covid-Testing clinics. The money charged for these tests is a scam, an absolute scam! I paid - 160 pounds for day 2 and day 8 test, and then 60 pounds for Test-to-release. A huge amount of money is being made - it's disgusting. I'd feel reassured, if the money was going to the NHS, but to think it's lining some CEO's pocket is abhorrent.”

“never got my test, called both dpd who didnt know where the package was. called and emailed confirm testing several times without a single answer from them. this was 2 months ago, as of today i haven’t gotten either an answer or my money back for my test that never arrived. extremely bad service, 0 out of 10, will never choose them again.”

“The test kit arrived before I had even got back from abroad, even though I had indicated my return day. Apparently it was packed in a way that prevented it from going through the standard letter/parcel slot of our front door like previous test kits have. When I tried to change the delivery address to a convenience store next door on the courier's website, they were unable to deliver there as well on the next day (the reason remained unexplained). In the end, I never received the kit I had paid for because on arrival, I was required to stay at home and self-isolate for 10 days, not wander around town fetching the parcel from some distribution centre miles away.”

“We issued the test samples on Tuesday 20th July and still awaiting the results... One of the boxes came without the prepaid postage sticker and sent the 2 samples in one box. All payed in advance and never hard from the client support team. Lucky us we did not need the results to get back to work.”

“The worst company I've ever come across after multiply times of trying to get intouch via email and phone I gave up and went to my bank to get a refund. How they have a business i do not know avoid at all costs don't even deserve one star.. I can't not answer the below questions as the max response was a week and I was never replied to”
