The service was expensive, and whilst the test packs were delivered on time, the process for sending and receiving the test results was extremely poor. With Royal Mail as the mechanism to send the completed test it could take 72 hours for the test to be received by the lab. After that it could take up to 72 hrs to get a result. My wife never got her Day 2 result. When we complained we were told that their Customer Service was a great team; as customers we should be the judge of that and it our view the whole service fell well short of what i would have expected for that cost.

horrible service, not working phone , i wrote email... its like to wait to get a letter from a dead... this is the bottom of the pit... nothing can be done worst then this... a money back... forget about it... this company is a joke

the whole system is a complete scam. it a shamless way the authorities and the associated "providers" have to fleece travellers back into the UK. a utter disgrace. Besides, a self made test is most unreliable; not at all conducive to assure people that the system works to protect the British public.

You didn't refund my money, no matter that we've never been able to use your tests! And no matter of the Emergency character of the situation, which made us flying back to Bulgaria! On the 3rd day of our arrival in London we received an emergency letter from our country of birth - Bulgaria. I was travelling to London, along with my aunt Boyka Draganova. She is 70 years old and she is disabled, as well. I'm her niece, her carer etc... So, there was bad news for my auntie regarding her mother's health condition. Her mother is very sick and I we've found out that we must travel back to Bulgaria in an emergency, because her mother got worse. It's more than obviously that in this case -we weren't able nor to get your tests, nor to use them, nor to get the products again, because we were not in London, anymore! I have explained our situation to your team member Sonny by email and I kindly asked him to help me with refund of my money, because I was in quite desperate situation and I really needed every single penny! But you did just nothing... What can I say... I suppose that you've really needed my £78! Maybe you are poor, as well - like me and my aunt! And I suppose that maybe you are disabled, as well or you also have some dying relative at your home.... If it's not like this - can you please explain to me your attitude and your refusal to give me my money back! Because that was my situation. The sad situation - above! And I was only asking your team for a little bit of humanity... But I wasn't that lucky! You've refused to help me. So, I hope you were enjoying while spending my £78...

I ordered the test the wrong date however it came on the day I would’ve needed it the guy I called and spoke to said it’s no problem I can just use the test as soon as it’s here and Send it off even though was too early to register so I sent it off and no results so I wasted 60£ and could’ve leave isolation early

Rip off. £59 for a single testing kit! Just because the state allows your company to support fighting a pandemic, doesn't mean you're supposed to exploit the situation.

Paid for 5 test day to realise,stayed in isolation 8 days because the results been late.. no sorry,so return no anything .

The whole set up was hopeless!!! My test was 5day test Saturday . It did not have a contract for postal delivery except "usually 48hrs but contract was upto 10days. After 48 hrs it had not moved from Sheffield. I phoned Royal Mail every day from Monday to Thursday and the lab every day from Tuesday! The sample didn't arrive until Wednesday and the result only became available Thursday evening after I had phoned the lab to check if had been received and tested!! THAT WAS THE 9TH DAY OF MY QUARANTINE!!!. I had the 8th day test on the Wednesday!! The test was only valid for 8 days. It was a waste of money!! You should have a guaranteed delivery system of maximum 48hrs!! I will not be recommending your company. Extremely disappointed and frustrated and both Royal Mail and your Lab were unable to help me when I phone, both saying it was nothing to do with them but the other party! I don't expect anyone to read this message but would like a response!!!!

Didn’t get my day 5 result until the night of day 8. Complained and got a generic response explaining the t&cs. Who would book a day 5 test not expecting to get a result on day 6?? Over promise and underdelivered.

My day 2 test took 3 day. And my day 8 eight test took 4 days me several phone calls and emails. My wife’s day 2 test too 4 days and we still have not had the results from the day 8 test from you and she did the test on August 3. It was posted early morning that day. I am shocked by the service you have provided and expect compensation for this delay. That would be the least you all can do.

Testing for Covid19 in the U.K. is FREE! Confirm Testing try to charge money for a service that is offered for free by the NHS. This company should be ashamed of itself and refund all money it has extorted from the public.

Apalling service! A Rip Off. No refund for tests and still waiting for results after more than 25 days of having sent the tests back to them. No response to our letters and emails. They should be removed from the government list of providers!!!!! We sent emails, we sent letters because the very polite operatives were not able to give us any help on the phone!!!!!
