ordered 2 tests delivered promptly. However one of the vials was broken and neither test would register saying the tests where invalid or had been used previously. I tried to ring 10 times each time it rang for 5minutes then hung up the option to leave a message was unavailable. I have emailed the company again several times without any response. I need a day 2 test to be able to go back to work. This company is supposed to be approved by the government I will be going to trading standards with this company.
