“Very unresponsive to calls and emails. Misleading leaflets about test results waiting time. Some unprofessional call receptionists. You need to do more for the customers please.”

“The main reason for giving a low score is that the results of the test were slow at getting back to us our day 8 test came back at 11 pm on day 11, although it had been received at 9 am on day 9. This made a mockery of the whole tests as we could have came out of quarantine day 11 not sure if we were positive or negative.”

“Testing kits arrived on time with clear instructions BUT did not fulfill the promise of 24 hour turnaround of results. I tracked arrival of the delivery to 9am on the Thursday but did not receive the results until Sunday morning - an extra 2 days in isolation!”

“Very easy the process to buy the packet. Test arrived always in time. Clear explications . Problem results took very long and didn’t arrive if not after I requested by email every single time .”

“Late results, Error on site so I could not register my test on time and they could not do it over the phone, late email reply. Overall poor quality service. Quick delivery on the kit though.”

“Alright - the instructions about the bar code costs me time any effort, but when I finally got to speak to someone (which wasn’t easy and took 3 attempts), the lady was really lovely and told me which other bar code I need to register my kit. Also if I ha e done the PCR at Heathrow I would have gotten, in time, a verified result for my return journey.”
