The whole purpose of paying for test to release is so as to leave quarantine early, but you took so long to process my test that it was almost a waste of money. I had to phone twice to find out what had happened to my test and each time was told a completely different story!

I found this testing procedure to be ineffective due to the amount of time it took to receive my results. The delay in receiving my results directly impacted the amount of time that I had visiting my family within the 2 weeks that I was able to visit them after 1 and half years being apart due to the pandemic. I opted for release on day 5 but my test results were not received until day 8. So a total waste of money.

Delay in receiving testing kits - DPD did not deliver on two occasions where they had emailed the date and time delivery would take place. Hence, could not test until day 3! Impossible to speak to anyone at Confirm Testing, just a really annoying answer message on a loop. Communication via email not much better. Results came in an acceptable timescale via email-the only positive I can give.

Very slow to obtain Day 5 test to release results….I was doing Day 8 test by the time these results arrived. They replied to my email enquiries, but they didn’t care about such lengthy delays…. Can’t recommend as other companies more efficient for travel testing!!

The delivery of the test could have been better organised. The courier first attempted to deliver the test in the day I was about to go on holiday when I was already at the airport and then on one of the days I was on holiday. There was no Saturday or Sunday delivery so the test got delivered on the Monday making it a Day 3 test rather than a Day 2 Teat. Results were slow to come back.

Results for day 5 Covid test arrived on day 9, no one answers the phone and after holding for 20 mins the system cuts you off and you have to redial. They take 2 days to come back with an answer via email. I would not use again, very poorly staffed.

Never received the confirmation email with reference code on it which was needed for passenger location form had to email to ask, you emailed back to say it had been sent had to email again to say NEVER received so please send again, you did. We sent returned our completed and never got a result back !

I never get the results sent. Always have to ring or e nail to ask for the results. Used them a few times and have asked them to look into the matter with no response

We ordered 2 day 2 tests and both were done and posted - we only ever had the result of one test - so makes you think what was the point?!!

I found the cost of the text kits extortionate. What a rip-off! They are actually worth a fraction of the retail price. I suspect most of your customers have a modest income with less spare cash in the wake of the 'pandemic.' Do you think this is a fair way to treat the backbone of British society? Furthermore, while the staff I communicated with were fairly polite, the phone waiting time was long and I was stressed and deeply unimpressed that my day 2 test result did not arrive until 2 am the day after my ten-day quarantine had ended—after my day 8 test. I paid enough money and went through enough grief being unduly locked inside as it was, so to be put through this was beyond the pale. I suggest you cut the costs of your kits drastically, as many average-income Brits are really struggling financially as a result, especially after having to pay for two PCR tests before leaving and returning to the UK. This is so unfair. Thank you for bearing this in mind.

I had day 5 test done for my sister. Wanted to end her quarantine ASAP as she wasnt managing emotionally very well. We didnt recieve any results at first so I had to call there. Lady on the phone said she has her results and she sent it to my sisters email straight away. There was no apology for not doing so neither explanation why results weren't send straight away. I dont think they cared much. I felt horrible for my sister and I wont use this company ever again.

Used them on July 21st , test was delivered on time paid £39.00 x2 can’t fault the service, results sent out very promptly, went to use again two weeks later price goes up to £59.00 , really ? Jst because of school holidays, don’t find this very professional

unfortunately out of the regular testing we do, this was the 1 time we got a positive result despite previous and subsequent negative result, including anti body, so not sure of the reliability of confirm testing.

My test to release day 5 swab was posted to a priority postbox on Saturday morning 24.07. I did not receive the results until the following Tuesday afternoon. This was a disaster for me as it meant I was 9 days in quarantine instead of 5(6). It was an expensive package at 165.00 GBP.

The conformation code didn’t come through immediately after booking. I also still have not yet received my covid test result which I sent off on Monday. Nobody picks up the telephone on the helpline and and I haven’t had a response to my email asking for a covid test result. The first time I booked the test with you it was better.
