On opening my day 2 test I found that the instructions inside were conflicting regarding how to package my test. I spoke to a Confirm agent who told me” It doesn’t really matter” this is despite the fact the instructions said to follow them very carefully.
I also feel that the instructions themselves should not have been in the cardboard box, as customer’s could just rip open the box without realising the box would be needed to return the tests in.
