The kit included very clear instructions for use and posting. However, I was quite disappointed by the speed of this service. I was at home quarantining waiting for my kit to arrive and I received an email saying they missed me and will re try the delivery the next day. I was at home all day as I couldn't legally leave so there was no way the driver attempted the delivery and I missed it. So there was already a day delay in doing my test, the next day it arrived after 6pm which meant I had missed the priority post box collection time so I couldn't post my sample until the next day, meaning the delay was then 3 days!
