“We were impressed with how quickly our tests were processed and results sent out - thank you. However it would make more sense if the testing kits were sent out at the time of ordering rather than 3 days before they need to be done. By definition, three days before the test, people are still abroad, and this creates problems with regards to delivery if nobody is at home. Whilst we were able to ask DPD to leave our package in a 'safe place', this may not be an option for some people.”

“Simple to follow instructions, i had an issue with one of the reference numbers which was not sent to me however i called confirm and they gave me the ref no over the phone”

“Ordered the Day 2 & 8 kit - both tests arrived on time. The result for the Day 2 test arrived after just 1 days and the result for the Day 8 test arrived after a couple of days which coincided with Day 10 of my quarantine so I was very happy about that. I'm giving them 4 stars because getting through to speak to someone at customer service can take hours and in the end I wasn't able to speak to anyone.”

“Test kit (for day 2 test) arrived on time and was returned via Royal Mail on day 1. It then took about 3 days to get the result back. As I didn't have to isolate (double vaccinated & returning from amber list country) the lab response time was of lesser importance to me than the price for the test - which was £39. Overall a positive experience & would use this company again in the future.”

“I used Confirm Testing for 2 day return to UK from Barbados for my wife and me using each of our Email addresses for confirmation of order reference which is required for the Passenger Locator Form. My confirmation came quickly but my wife’s did not. I contacted Confirm Testing by Email and it eventually got sorted. My advice is book each person separately and book early so that you have time to sort any problem. The test kits were due to be delivered on the day we arrived but I contacted the courier to deliver them the next day, so everything went OK.”

“Customer service was excellent, particularly impressed that when the rules changed so that double-vaccinated people only needed one rather than two tests on returning to UK, they immediately got in touch and offered a refund on the package we'd booked and paid for and to replace it with the one-test package. All dealings with them were excellent. 4 stars not 5 because each test contained two sets of instructions, which were slightly different to each other (eg whether to nasal swab one nostril for longer, or both more briefly), and which didn't tally with the actual kit (all the instructions referred to a box to send the test back in, which didn't exist). In the end this clearly didn't matter much for the quality or return of the test, but at the time we didn't know that, and we did know that not having the correct test, properly done and delivered, could mean that we wouldn't be able to leave the country. So it caused a bit of unecessary stress and more than a little bit of swearing.”

“I was happy with the service it was easy and efficient. Didn't receive an email with Day 2 results but had to isolate at that time anyway so didn't make a difference and when I registered Day 8 test, found the Day 2 result.”

“I found it difficult to make contact and to book for three people at once but then saw a time for two people so booked this and at same time the 3rd person made a booking for 1 person and so managed to book the same time for 3. Car parking was organise to be available FOC which was a nice touch. Ami on reception was a delightful lady and Peter the nurse who did the procedure explained everything. After the initial niggles with booking it all turned out well at a very reasonable price. Thank you”

“The test kit arrived fairly quickly, was understandable and easy to use. As every tests are, it is very uncomfortable to do but I don’t know what could be done to change that.”

“It took a copule of days extra to get the results of my day 5 test - I was told that it had not been received; apparently it was delivered late. Your team responded well and replied promptly to my emails - they finally found it and I got the results the next day. The test instructions, etc were good but the processing time was a bit longer than expected.”
