“I guess my biggest issue is that I sent back my day 5 test to ralease kit as priority. Haven’t had results back yet. What’s the point of paying and doing a day 5 if you are not getting the results”

“Test kits were delivered on time with good instructions. But I did a Test to release on Friday and only got the result Monday afternoon.”

Dear Laurenz, Thank you for your feedback. We always want to ensure a swift service for our customers. Just for context, the delay that happened with your TTR was due to Royal Mail. Your test kit arrived at our lab and was booked in at 17/05/2021 11:11 and the results issued at 17/05/2021 16:20, so the turnaround time on our end was well within the 24 hour turnaround time we state. But we do understand it is frustrating when these results are delayed, so we apologise if this caused any inconvenience on your end. This is also because Royal Mail does not deliver on Sundays so that added to their delay. We hope you would consider choosing us again should you require testing in the future. “I wasn't aware of my results 10 days after I'd sent the sample (which includes a Bank Holiday weekend), and on posting about that on this review site, the company contacted me to say the results had been sent on time and they'd re-sent it now too. It turned up in my junk mail folder. I suggest they send a text alert to your mobile phone either with the result or with an alert that the result has been emailed. This is what the free-of-charge NHS Covid testing service does, and that way these important emails aren't missed, as the result is also sent by text message.”

“My test kit and results came back in time my husbands did not even though sent back the same time ,very expensive and complicated to book ,take,return a lot to worry about for our visit a bit late should have had this in place last year prices on gov.uk vary from 500 to 160 per test scandalous”

“Test of Day 2 worked well but the stick of the swab provided was extremely difficult to split, thus putting at risk the sample. The result of test 8 was sent more than 24 hours after the sample reached the laboratory.”

“Packaging good. Instructions good. Testing results turnaround okay. Lack of communication and automated emails not ideal. Wasn’t quite sure what was happening during the whole process.”

Hi Gemma, Thank you for your review. We appreciate the feedback. Apologies if it seemed unclear what was happening throughout the process, we do try to balance customer communication and not overload on information. This is a very complex product with lots of moving parts and information to digest. The automated emails are only to provide a quick response with FAQ to our customers, but we still aim to reply personally from an agent as soon as is possible following that. “We are 3 people doing the test each time of the test I had to call you and wait for long to ask you why you didn’t send the Third result to my email And we had to wait for the day 11 to get the results back rather than to be send on the day 10 , one days makes difference to us over all thank you”

“Expensive but all quite easy and self explanatory. It does take a bit long to get the results back (for example the day 8 results arrived on day 12, 2 days after I was supposed to finish quarantine....). At the eye watering price, I should think that it would be 24h max.”

“Tests arrived promptly. Easy to follow instructions. However, results FAR too slow. Received day 2 results on day 6 and day 8 results on day 14. I flew back to US on day 13 and had a pre-flight test on day 12 with results day 13 (from a different provider).”

“We were very pleased with the delivery and information regarding our tests. Everything was very straight forward. We were very disappointed in the time it took to get the test results back. Our last test on day 8 was taken and posted Friday morning and we didn’t receive the negative result until Tuesday afternoon. As we were only in England for 2 weeks and had important business to attend to this was very annoying. Having paid £190 for each test We would have expected a better service for the amount of money paid. When We have to travel to England again in the next few months we will look elsewhere and hopefully find a company that works 24/7.”

“The charges for testing is quite high.Other 4 providers are offering it cheap.We booked for a family of 4 costing 760 UK pound which is a huge money.Do consider atleast a refund of 150 to 200 UK pound.”
