“Price was ok around 30 for postal kit (it has doubled since then). No issue with shipping”

“You did ok but I travel back and forward every 3 weeks so at 59 for a day 2 test I won’t be using you again as I can buy for 49.00 else where it’s only 10.00 but it all adds up over a year unless you can match the price of course 😀”

“Day 2 test took 5 days for result Day 5 test for early release failed but explanation Day 8 test took 2 days - after I had complained about day 2 and day 5 All in all mixed it was not that impressive”

“There product and service is pretty straight forward, prices are not cheaper then the others. no discount for frequent customer’s or businesses, thats a shame. We have used Confirm testing since day 2 & 8 became an obligation.. 2x day 2 and 8 kits a week and still on going. (Some discounts at one point would welcome 😅) Not always without issues. But always worked in the end. I recommend to phone, as the people from the chat box are not as efficient from my experience.”

“The whole process from delivering the kit until the result is a little bit confusing and frustrating. Everything depends on the lab but the Confirm Testing team is trying their best. Also, I would appreciate if emails and calls could be aswered quicker but I do understand if the company is dealing with a high amount of emails/calls. The staff is kind and trying to help as much as they can. Thank you”

“I have paid for day2and day 8 covid tests and realise test too, even after a day 5 I was expecting results back at least in 24 h, in another case why I need to realise test and wait till my day 8, NHS tests commit g back in 24 hours and is for free.”

Dear Judita, The NHS tests are different and for symptomatic people. The Day 2 Day 8 tests are for international arrivals and undergo genomic sequencing for positive results. We do offer 24 hour turnaround from the time the sample is tested, same as the NHS. However the sample needs to reach the lab first, which if you are using Royal Mail would require an extra day for posting. We offer sample drop off at our clinic if customers wish to avoid any possible Royal Mail delay. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

“My release test result for Day 5 came on day 8 ! I could have waited 2 more days . It was not worth it”

Dear Mashal, Sorry to see you are disappointed. It appears that Royal Mail had held a lot of the samples they received on Monday and did not deliver them to our lab till Wednesday. We are investigating this issue with them, but this caused your sample to arrive on the 7th instead of the 6th which caused a further delay to your result. We advise for TTR for customers to drop off their samples at our clinic or use a courier to deliver the sample to the lab if the result is urgent. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

“Very clear instructions in the boxes. My day 5 test results took 30 hours to arrive ( after having been received by Confirm). This is far too long in my view. It meant my ‘release’ happened around 9pm onthe end of day 7. My day 2 result came just 14 hours after Confirm received it. So, some improvement needed in turnaround times.”

Dear Christakis, Your results were issued within our 24 hour stated timeline. When you see "delivered" on the Royal Mail tracking, that just indicates the time it has arrived at the local depot. Royal Mail then makes several batches of deliveries to the lab throughout the day. Your sample was booked in on 06/07/2021 20:37 and the result rendered on 07/07/2021 20:11, which is within 24 hours. We apologise if this felt too long. We do advise customers to drop off the samples at our clinic to avoid any Royal Mail delay when it is a TTR sample. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

“Smooth and easy process. Unfortunately the day 2 test result never arrived. Luckily the day 8 one did. Plus, despite of giving the date of return to the UK, the tests were delivered well before and delivery had to be re-scheduled. What a waste of DPD driver's journey.”

“The day 2 testing kit arrived promptly and was well organised with easy to follow instructions. Unfortunately it took two days to have the test result back and the day 2 test turned into four days of quarantine. I would like to see the same efficency through out from purchase to receiving the test results.”

“Ordering and delivery of the day 2, 5 & 8 test was excellent. Delivery by DPD. Return tests is by Royal Mail 24 hrs using a Priority post box. This means at least 48hrs at the earliest before any result as Confirmed take between 24 and 48 hrs to process test from receipt. Posting and processor a weekend is terrible. Our day 5 test was posted 8am Sat and results not received until Tues morning. 4 days!!!. It appears no processing is carried out overnight or weekends. Beware.”

Dear Jonathan, You are correct in that no processing is carried out on the weekend, by Royal Mail. We, however, and our lab, work 24/7. If you had sent it on Saturday in an area with weekend pickup by Royal Mail, then it would have been delivered to the lab on Monday and processed for testing, with results being released within 24 hours of receipt at the lab.
