"On the 16th of November 2024, We purchased a Bosch Dishwasher, this was installed the following day incorrectly\r\n\r\nAfter nearly three months this dishwasher remains unusable. I have followed the Currys process to the T as outlined below, and the matter still remains unresolved. \r\n\r\nIt is amazing that the purchase of a simple dishwasher can be so difficult A brief synopsis of the events for those interested\r\n\r\n1. Installation on the 17th of November 2024(team late aggressive and rude)\r\n2. Currys engineer return call following my complaint in early January 2025 after returning from vacation. The engineer noted that the machine had been incorrectly installed and that the front leg had broken in the process. He immediately ordered a replacement machine, saying that he was unable to do anymore until the new machine arrived. \r\n\r\n3. The new machine arrived with the original installation team to reinstall. Instead of replacing the machine they simply removed the broken leg and replaced it with one from the new machine The installation team was now even more aggressive and rude suggesting that I broke the leg. They refitted the front facia panel to the integrated machine which was coming away. \r\n\r\n4. A few days later an error 31 appeared. I tried to reset it without success. I phoned Currys and was told to contact Bosch for an uplift instruction. I phoned Bosch and an engineer was booked for an assessment \r\n\r\n5. On 17th of January, the Bosch engineer arrived. He immediately noted that the machine had been incorrectly fitted without the bosch supplied fittings. He advised me that the error 31 arose as a result the door would not shut properly, water had leaked down into the tray giving rise to the error 31. He then removed the facia and noted two \u201cillegal\u201d holes had been drilled in the appliance face to attach the facia and that it had been glued to the machine to prevent separation. He told me that this fitment would void the machine warranty. \r\n\r\n6. I submitted the Bosch report to your customer service desk and they insisted that a Currys engineer do an inspection, I booked this appointment for today. \r\n\r\n7. Currys engineer agrees with the Bosch report. I am told that he would arrange for the office to call me and arrange collection. \r\n\r\n8. Received a call from man (refused to tell me his surname) from the depot advising me that they could not arrange a collection \/ refund. I would need to contact customer service. \r\n9. Matter remains unresolved, but I am told that they will respond in up to 48 working hours !"

"the worst customer service- i bought a tv online and it has been delivered broken , since than I have been on the calls with customer service, with technical support, with online team. each of them they just transfer me to a different team. each team explained different processes, within one week I have been promised a collections of default TV to be done within 24-48 hour, and it was not collected. apparently until its not collected they can not send a new tv or process a refund.\r\nreally worst post sales support ever."

"Another product from them and another issue. They advertise black MX Master 3s mouse but they're selling grey Asian ones as black. You could say it's just a color but that's not what I wanted and after waiting a couple of days for a simple reply, they stated they would not replace it and that \"gray is black\". And the price at the tag was 99 but at the till it was already 129...Uhh, they are so lame. Not only you can find the same product cheaper online but avoid that curry experience. Bought a few products from them and there were serious problems with each of them. I can understand everything when at the end of the day they fix their issues but it's always the same story with them. Broken monitor, rude staff i am done with curries and would recommend avoiding them to save your money and time. Terrible customer service, useless staff in the shop, and overblown prices."

"I ordered a microwave online their was no sign of it being delivered so a week later I rang to which they cancelled due to long processing that was almost a month ago I\u2019ve been emailing constantly asking for my refund to which never replied so I\u2019ve been constantly ring still asking for my refund to which I was told it\u2019ll be in my bank in so many days but still no sign of my refund I\u2019m seriously thinking of taking this further"

"I ordered an item on the 13th of December and was told I would get the item by the 15th..today is the 24th and I still haven't received any status. .the item I ordered was supposed to be a gift...I contacted them through webchat, on the 1st instance I was told it would take 48hrs and since there was no response I contacted them again and this time they told it would take 3 to 5 days. How long do I have to wait to get my item..?? This was the worst service ever!!!"
