"I ordered a microwave online their was no sign of it being delivered so a week later I rang to which they cancelled due to long processing that was almost a month ago I\u2019ve been emailing constantly asking for my refund to which never replied so I\u2019ve been constantly ring still asking for my refund to which I was told it\u2019ll be in my bank in so many days but still no sign of my refund I\u2019m seriously thinking of taking this further"

"I ordered an item on the 13th of December and was told I would get the item by the 15th..today is the 24th and I still haven't received any status. .the item I ordered was supposed to be a gift...I contacted them through webchat, on the 1st instance I was told it would take 48hrs and since there was no response I contacted them again and this time they told it would take 3 to 5 days. How long do I have to wait to get my item..?? This was the worst service ever!!!"

"Bought a dishwasher in June 21, finally delivered 10 weeks after order. The dishwasher's ability to heat water or dry dishes failed 2 weeks after delivery 17\/12\/21. 4 visits from \r\nCurry's sub contractor repairs team (which also means 4 days off work to facilitate access for them) failed to repair it. \r\n\r\n03\/03\/22 now, dishwasher still not repaired, Currys ignoring calls, emails and request for exchange!! The customer services have hung up on my calls after 40min wait times and try the bad line gag and hang up. Very frustrating. \r\n\r\nBe warned STAY AWAY!!!"

"One star is to good, Letterkennys order and collect is a shambles been waiting for a gaming chair since 30 Nov 21, and they still tell me on its way, omg I have no trust in them, a staff member told me during the week they would be in today sat 18th but they won\u2019t be, I was feed up at this stage so asked for a refund. The so called manager \u201c 5 Laura\u201d (who needs to go on a customer care course) was a joke no empathy at all. I also went home got my gaming headphones which I bough a few days ago, and also asked for a refund, I Will get both the gaming chair and headphones somewhere else that appreciates my money and custom. I will never be in Curry\u2019s \/Pc world again, I wish you luck and hope you have a better experience than me, happy Christmas"

"Shocking service from this company. Delivery of two damaged cookers and then do not take responsibility for it. They cannot even find the second cooker sent back with their team! Have been forced to get a refund and purchase somewhere else. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!"
