“No issues- shipped in a super timely manner, the color reflected what I saw on the site - really appreciated the side by side comparison with the slimmer version (I was debating between those two styles, ultimately, since I bring my lunch with me often to work, I opted for the bigger size- also figured I'd be more likely to use it for air travel). I felt like the whole process was smooth and I only went outside of the website to find more "objective" reviews and video reviews.”
