This backpack sucks works better at attracting lint dust and hair better than a lint roller. Too small in all the wrong places

Luka, It's important for anybody reading this to see that you have been asking for your money back despite your bag being delivered and UPS documenting it's delivery. You've sent countless emails to our customer service person asking for a refund for bags that you very clearly received. While we'd love to give our bags for free, we just can't do it. You send the product to NH not NJ and you aren't responding to emails. You have NO phone number. I will never order from you again.

I never received backpack, tracking information still says it's damaged somewhere in the northeast, and the company has been 100% nonresponsive to email, which is the only means of making contact that they provide. I was very excited about this purchase, now I'm just angry and out ~$100.

About the time you had your issue, despite the company growing fast, because of the weirdness in the markets, it became impossible to get inventory financing. We had to lay off just about 100% of our team in order to keep the company alive. Horrible experience with this company's products and customer service. I was so excited about the descriptions of the backpack and the company, so I expected to love my new bag. Unfortunately, the quality was not as I expected. The bag was incredibly uncomfortable to wear, the fabric came scuffed, and some threads were loose. I returned my bag and pouch only to be ghosted by the company. Despite proof of my return, an email to their customer support, and a DM to their social media, I've received no response and no refund. I cannot warn people about this brand enough!

Customer service with Day Owl is HORRIBLE. I ordered a slim backpack but it turned out to be too small to fit my work supplies in. I have emailed them multiple times to ask if can exchange it for a larger size, and have not heard back from ANYONE. They also advertise that they have a live chat available, but I haven’t been able to utilize that feature at all. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this company, and will not be ordering anything from them again.

i bought a bag but the color did not match what I had seen online, and I tried to make an exchange for a color I had seen in person and felt would suit me better, but the people who reached out were pretty curt with their response and did not give me any alternative resolution to my issue or try to find any other way to help. I wasnt asking for a refund, just a simple exchange, so I could at least justify the amount spent with how much use I would actually get out of the backpack. This was my first time shopping with this brand, but with how inflexible they seem to be I don't think I'd recommend it to anyone else. especially since its only online and we wouldnt have any way of seeing the product in person or have any ease of return/exchange

I thoughts the pouch I bought looked awkward and not at all like the pictures. I wanted to return it was told I couldn't. I will never order from your site again. chg

It's a really bad experience. The bag is full of scratches. I emailed two times but got no reply. Then I have to return it and pay for the extra processing fee ($7) although it's DAY OWL's quality issue. It's really disappointing. I don't know what's wrong with the customer service.
