Great design and fast shipping. My only complaint is that my backpack is constantly covered with lint, which I’ve never had happen to me with any other bag!

This backpack has many of the features I’ve been looking for, but it’s a too small. I’m using it for travel and have a large laptop, and packing and unpacking it is a challenge because everything is so snug. The pockets all fit in the interior, so when they’re full the pack is stuffed. Would be perfect if it were 10-20% bigger.

Day Owl seems like a really good company for the environment. It did take a long time to ship, but when I inquired about that by email, I was responded to promptly. The product seems to be quality workmanship.

When my original Kickstarter backpack wore out I was happy to buy another one but I'm stuck in a bit of a Goldilocks situation. The Pro is too big but the Slim Pro, a similar size to my original, is missing a crucial pocket, and significantly smaller in the main compartment (due to being "slim").

I love how functional and stylish this backpack is. It fit my existing 24oz water bottle and all my laptops books iPads etc. the only downside is that the backing isn’t super comfortable

I wish there was more communication when the store closed about what the plan would be for the future, no one really knew what was going on and if they should be waiting for the store to reopen or not. Once I was able to order my backpack I had an excellent experience.

I wasn't sure what was going to happen either, and I didn't want to say that we were done if we weren't or vice versa, so I just put my head down and worked my butt off to figure out a path forward. There were several hiccups during the shipping process of both backpacks but I’m glad Day Owl made it right both times. I would encourage more timely responses to emails sent to the hello @ dayowl address. Also, please consider adding credit card slots do the top part of the side pocket of The Backpack! 🙏🏽

While I LOVE most of the features, there are a couple things that make the backpack a bit difficult. The water bottle pocket does not fit my standard 32oz bottle, which is a bummer. But what's more of a bummer is that even if I don't have a water bottle in the pouch, the pouch still takes up so much room inside the backpack because the waterproof fabric is so thick. It's like half the backpack room is gone because of that fabric. Also I really wish the top pocket could fit a passport. I took it traveling last week and I still had to dig for my passport. That's a huge bummer because it would be so great to actually utilize that top pocket for my quick grab travel necessities.
