“Your website is fantastic. It took me a while to figure out where all of the backpack features were. I like your desktop overview, but you have to click around to see everything. Consider a layout similar to Bellroy where you scroll to see everything. Less clicking around and chances to miss something (I am a web designer). Overall, my e-commerce experience was simple and easy. I would purchase another item in the future.”

“I was tricked in the delivery date. My old backpack was torn apart and I chose the pale olive color because it was in stock and it was going to be delivered promptly. As days went by and I didn't get my order, I emailed asking for this issue. Apparently they moved the delivery date because they didn't have any pale olive in stock! I chose a different color and was delivered to me immediately, but it was not cool how they said they had it in stock first and didn't.”

“the school year hasn’t started yet, so i can’t speak for durability yet- but, i do really enjoy my backpack as of this moment. i got a misfit one, because they were cheaper, expecting defects. i love actually haven’t noticed any. so ultimately i really enjoy my purchase.”

“I feel as though the price for one of these backpacks shouldn't be so high but I do need to consider that I am also helping recycle water bottles so thats good. It was my birthday gift for myself and feel happy with my purchase. Thanks Day Owl!”

“Overall really like it and the size was just what I wanted. So happy about the material used. Four stars because I feel like two of the pockets are pretty useless. Side pocket doesn’t even fit phone so still have to keep it in my jacket or zipped in to a non accessible pocket.”

“I was delighted to find Day Owl when looking for a smaller, structured backpack that I could use on a regular basis either for work or for casual outings with kids. Day Owl's commitment to reducing waste really impressed me: not only do they use materials that incorporated recycled plastic bottles, but they also sell their "seconds" at a reduced price and refurbish and resell preowned bags. I love the look and function of the backpack, and was able to get a good idea of what it would be like from the website.”
