“It's a great bag, looks great and stays slim on the back. Can fit a surprising amount of stuff in it! I feel like the main section could have a few more dividers and pockets to help divide up some of the space. Should be noted that the MacBook 16" doesn't quite fit, with its corners sticking out the top just a bit. Still keeps in the bag pretty well, but it cannot zip up. For cases like this is could be nice to have the back handle be sewn behind that back pocket so that it's effectively sealed when holding the bag or buttoning the handles together. However this last point did not contribute to the 4 stars rating, it's just some thoughts.”

“got the backpack and cross body! love the design and the backpack is soo spacious and perfect for work. Also love that it fits my tall 24oz hydroflask since it used to always fall out of my old northface backpack. The only thing I will say is that the “maple” color is a lot more warm toned and orange in real life. it’s more of a terracotta, but the pictures looks more khaki. I still like it but was considering returning it because the color was off. Overall- i reccomend! Love the brandless/utilitarian look while still being down to earth.”

“If your laptop is more than 12 inches, don’t get the Slim Backpack!! Day Owl needs to update the descriptions bc I have a 14 inch laptop, but it doesn’t fit in the slot of the Slim. The Backpack works perfectly though! I’m very pleased and easily got the Slim exchanged for the bigger version. The water bottle pocket (water proof w/ a zipper!!!) is so cool and my bottle fits perfectly (34 oz stainless steel Waterdrop brand). I 100% recommend this backpack, do buy if you’re searching for a new backpack. Great company and great quality! Wonderful customer service as well :D”

“I'm a 5'5" female with a short torso and narrow shoulders. The shoulder straps were way too long (by about 6 inches), had to alter them. The bag could use better internal organization (small pockets for pens, cards, keys, etc). Overall it's an OK bag.”

“This tech pouch is an ideal upgrade. It's a great size for keeping a high-power charger – in my case for a Macbook Pro – and fill the rest of the space with cords, dongles, etc., all in a tight package. The only minor issue has been the resistance from the elastic bands when sliding in cords. Otherwise, it's great!”
