La dernière fois j’ai eu droit à ne pas payer de frais sur les 3 prochaines recharges on me l’a fait une fois et c’est tout. Très déçue je recherche un autre fournisseur. De plus vous pourriez offrir quelques minutes ou DA à la personne à qui j’envoie. Cordialement

2 transactions out of three they don't receive the credit in their account but in my bank card it's deducted already..

Hice dos recargas y después no me dejó hacer una tercera. Un letrero dice que no estaban disponibles las ofertas como para que fuera a optar por las de más dinero.

Bonjour, Votre système est fonctionnel et dans son concept actuel, il me permet juste de dépannage. Ceci dit, vous ne proposez rien de plus que la concurrence, du moins ceux que j'ai testé. Vos tarifs sont excessif par dessus tout. Jusqu'à présent, le meilleure système de tous demeure Orange Money. Il offre la possibilité d'avoir carrément un compte rechargeable autrement dit : de ma carte de crédit à mon compte perso, permettant ainsi de charger de l'argent en une seul fois soit un seul débit, facturation de carte de crédit, pas de traçabilité chez ma banque, bref que des avantages incomparable pour moi. Ensuite je peux recharger les compte de ceux que je désire avec création de nom et téléphone, les suivis, archives, possibilité de récupérer ses données ou de 'appuyez dessus pour faire mes prochains transferts, à moindre coup, très peu comparativement à vous. Possibilité si je ne m'abuse de payer avec Paypal directement sans avoir forcement à rattacher sur une carte de crédit. Evidement ca crée des sources de revenue supplémentaire car nouvelle catégorie de clients. J'espère que ca vous aidera à améliorer vos services surtout que ce genre de tuyaux, sont souvent payant. Et surtout j'espère voir tout ceux-ci sur votre plateforme rapidement. Excellente soirée.

Dong is indeed a faster way to top up for family member while living away from them. But the only problem I usually faced is that just after Concluding a transaction I don't usually get the feedback I need immediately. Instead it appear on my screen as if the transaction is unsuccessful bcos it asks directly for my cvc number again. One can be at the risk of sending the intended top up several times. I usually send top up from Sweden.
