I want let you know that l am not happy at all by your service. You give me to much hard time while there is no wrong on my side and my visa . I did a lot of top-up recharge with that credit card now You asked me my ID I sent it to you but, solve my problems even l lost the top-up promotion . It is totally disappointing costumer is not fair. Since l am your customer, you don't have to treat me like this by taking my time the hall day. Finally after the promotion expired You said I can do the top up. do you think this is fair to customers absolutely not . that is shame. Thanks, for your service. request (1897742

It was incredibly frustrating transacting with Ding. They advertised as an instant top up service and their fine print says there may be a two hour waiting period before operators process the transaction on the other end. It's been over five hours and I haven't received my top up. This could very well have been a problem on the operator's end, but Ding has effectively not delivered on the service it promised, especially in light of the premium they charge for it. Their customer service agents keep insisting to me that the transaction cannot be refunded, effectively forcing the consumer to pay for a service they no longer need through no fault of their own. It's less about the money for me as much as that this is a terrible business model. Avoid. Just top up directly and cut out the middle agent.

Do not play here. It is a total scam! Or at least make sure you don't play the table games because their bonus bets don't pay out at all. And nobody that works there and customer service has any clue how their games work. They can't seem to understand the simplest math of how odds work like 20 to 1. For all of you guys who know how casino hold them is played at the table. I had a regular bet of five dollars a bonus bet of 10 and a call bet of $20 I won the hand with a flush dealer did qualify and I got paid $10. Their odds on a flush show 20 to 1. And I can't get anyone there who even knows what the hell they're talking about much less anyone there to actually help me. Ridiculous. Scam and thieves. play chumba. This place is a joke!

Stay clear, I was looking to buy data, which they overcharged by not only giving a really horrible exchange rate but also an additional fee on top. It was not clear on the website that the package did not include data (Who spends 12 dollars on calls and texting?) They refused to give a refund upon request after I discovered I recieved no mobile data whatsoever. I'll be sure to never use this company again. Tldr: Stay clear

I paid ding to recharge my sisters mobile back home in Ethiopia. I paid an amount of 584 Ethiopian Birr. Ding paid her only 221 Birr. I contacted ding’s customer service twice. Submitted all the documents they asked to submitted. They told me they will solve the matter very soon, and took my contact number and email. That was happened on 26/10/2023. Since then I have been waiting for their reply. But nothing there. Even though I told friends to use Ding, but now I have been regreating and telling them to keep far from Ding.

It is very difficult to transfer money and you charge a lot of money, you don't even have a number for customers, it cuts off when messaging, you don't make messages, I talked 5 times, but I still didn't get an answer, I suggest you don't use this website.

Stay clear of Ding...my account was compromised in July....4 payments taken out in the space of 5 minutes totalling £150 to Ukraine mobile numbers. When i contacted Ding customer care, there attitude was: Thanks for waiting. Our Security Team has reviewed your account and it has been confirmed that unfortunately, it does not fulfill our security requirements. We review all accounts to minimize risk to our business and protect customer transactions. Followed by: At this time we would recommend for you to find an alternative way to send your top-ups. Please, accept our apologies for any inconvenience this might cause. My response...So thats it....my account was compromised and you do nothing about it? There final reply was... I am sorry, we have tried all the possible options to solve the issue in your account but our Operations Team have provided us the final status of the account and as a result, you will not be able to send top-ups again. You have been warned...
