Avoid. I was very wary as they've obviously paid Google to get to the top of an aggregated search result for 3 UK Top up. Followed the process right up to pay and number one red flag was PayPal asking to verify the account payment, number two red flag was that in the on screen fine print you can read that you are actually authorising Ding to make regular deductions from your account. No way. I shut down everything and cleared cache and history. Reading these unfavourable comments about this disreputable company I'm glad I did not complete any financial transaction. Avoid.

Hi Roop, I'm sorry for the inconvenience with your top-up, I have checked your account and I can see that you bought a pin top-up which means the credit wasn't instant. The phone owner needs to apply the PIN on their phone first following the instructions sent to their mobile phone. If you are still facing issues, please contact us through our live chat or our email address: customercare@ding.com Thanks, Regards, Carter

Ding has the rudest most drama-creating "customer service" people ever. I had multiple transactions show "declined" on their site, but apparently they went through on my cc's. When I requested a refund, the customer service rep copied me on an email accusing me of lying, to another service rep and made up a random lie to avoid giving me a refund saying my transaction "had been made with a PIN" and therefore could not be refunded. Um, it was through paypal, so there was no pin. Also, American cards do not use a pin. So this was obviously just a "go to" for avoiding refunds. They did not care to respond to my emails after this. I have never experienced such blatantly rude and offensive customer service from a company, EVER.

I tried to stop off someone in Cuba. They took my money and never gave them the topoff. When I talked to customer service, they said unless I had a screenshot of the topoff for proof, they cant do anything about it.To make matters worse,my friend overseas have them a considerable amount of money for a top off and she never received it.She as well didnt have the screenshot and did not get the topoff although they took money again.I was ripped off the one time I used it,my friend was ripped of and so have several other people she talked to there. This is a criminal organization that should be shut down.Im trying everything in my power to report them to the proper authorities.AVOID THIS COMPANY!!I hope they will be shutdown soon.

Someone used my email to create a Ding account. I selected contact us to report it, live chat came right up & then I explained the situation. They said they would block the email, but then the chat ended unexpectedly & I can't get live chat to re open to confirm that the account is indeed closed no matter what I do. Shady af.

Bought an iTunes gift card that has already been redeemed. Customer service asked me for “proof”, and when I sent them a video they immediately switched to the assumption that I was lying and had redeemed that card before! Will never be using this website again, I don’t recommend it to anyone!

I’ve been using their Top-up service for a little while now and it’s never failed. However, I purchased an iTunes gift card from them and got the code via email. When I went to redeem the code, I was prompted that the code has already been redeemed. I contacted ding someone called Martin responded asking me to contact iTunes when ding was the one that sold me an invalid code. Please avoid them at all cost. They’re a scam and lying scam bags.

No instant top up with Ding Every paid top up has taken 2-4 hours to be credited. Ding always blames the carriers. They should require their carrier partners to offer instant top up or don’t do business with them.

I’ve been using ding since November and yesterday I tried sending a top up, they refunded my money, I tried again same thing happen. So when I tried sending to another number it went through and was charged on my account (but the person did not receive it) and it’s now taken off my transaction history and still shows it was charged on my bank statement. To make things worst they said it was for security reasons and my account did not meet their expectations and told me to find another way of sending top ups . They’re the ones having technical issues and try to use unreasonable excuses like that Does not make sense.... I just need my money back and I won’t be using this again . Person I spoke with was Alvaro

Service worked to top up my account only once - first time, when I came back to add more money to my account - it has failed multiple times - my bank had no issues and the problem was on ding.com side. I have reached out their support which claimed issue with authentication - I have used google authentication and well, looks like they don't trust google, used my credit card with the same name as on google account still they requested government photo ID which I have sent them, was kinda cleared until they failed to process my payment again.Reached out again - was keep trying 10 more times while in live chat with support - all attempts with their OK to go have failed. Can't be more frustrated because I had monetary loss due to that. This company didn't even offer a credit knowing that I am paying to them and willing to pay. Looks like need to top up my account while in the country next time. Offered them direct payment thru paypal to their paypal account (though payment with paypal to ding.com was failing) and they couldn't accommodate but they have asked to keep trying while their payment team was verifying as if I am their Quality Analyst resource.
