I topped-up an account for a chatr cell phone by mistake on ding and immediately contacted them to advise them of the error. ding would not refund the money--very dishonest company!!!! Be very careful when dealing with a company that literally steals your money.

Dont i repeat do not buy anything from this website...its a scams once they have your money they will turn your head in circle...lied that the person got the top up refill...I did a top up 4 days ago...they send their web site to the person never the money i payed..please dont waste your money...i need to go cancel my bank card...ding does not have a number at all beside chatting...thats already a red flag

No one knows my debit card information after I used ding to send money 2x, someone used my debit card to place an order of 54.00 dollars. I strongly believe someone in ding company used my debit card information to place that order. I thought all debit card information was encrypted. I also received notice from Rebtel of debit/credit card fraud that this was going on with WhatsApp and Ding. Be careful with Ding!!!! Ding refused to cooperate with me. They did not want to release information at all.

Worst customer service.i asked for assistance but the customer service named jane was so rude,and even hanged up from me on the chat.theres no contact number i can call to complain.

Horrible, un fraude... estaba haciendo una recarga a VE usando mi tarjeda de la Republica Dominicana y sin mi autorizacion me cobraron 3 veces y ninguna recarga llego.. Es un Fraude total... voy a reportar eso ahora mismo...

Scam i purchased 2 Amazon gift cards they gave me a pin to witch Amazon did not recognized. Contacted ping customer service requested a refund and was denied. Twice I spoke with ding customer service and got no resolution. Spome with Amazon customer service and the did not know how to issue me my gift cards with the pins ding gave me!! Supper upset 😡 scam scam

Hi Josh, I apologize for the inconvenience with our service, I have checked your account and I can see that your last transaction failed. As transaction failed, you won't be charged. Money may have been taken out of your account, however this money would have been taken out of your account by your bank to make sure you had enough funds to pay for the top-up, in the case of your transaction being successful. However, as this transaction failed you will receive the funds back. This process takes 2-5 working days with a bank or up to 1 day with PayPal.
