“Dissappointed that my order took a week to arrive, I expected to see it within a couple of days, but maybe I missed the information you give about shipping times. Also, extremely disappointed that I've had to chuck my Duel snow foam lance in the bin because it clogged up and they're not servicable (raised with support). The cleaning products are really good, but because of these reasons, I probably won't be buying from Duel again.”

We are sorry to hear you have had problems. If we knew there were issues with delivery, we would have done our best to assist you. The Snow Foam Lance requires regular cleaning and a full guide on how to take it apart and clean correctly is available on the website. Had this been followed and there were still problems we could have helped with this also. We pride ourselves on our customer service but we cannot help unless we are made aware of any problems. “Haven't used the nutty gritty yet but going by the reviews it should be good first time shopping with duel autocare but if product works I'll be back shopping with them , delivery was a bit slow is my only complaint if you can call that a complaint”

“Never used the stuff before, but have seen a few videos of the product just lately and my car being extremely dirty i thought I give it a try, and to be honest I can't fault it, nitty gritty does exactly what was expected without any effort, pleased to say I will be ordering more products in the future”

“Bought the snow foam , shampoo and polymer sealant a few weeks ago and it works an absolute treat , it is the best stuff I’ve used and is very reasonably priced when you use the recommended dose of each product . It works even better 2nd and 3rd time around .”
