“Tried a few other brands before Duel opened, I won one of their opening competitions for a complete set of products, tried them and haven't bought anything else since. All the products do what I expect, leave a lovely finish, last long enough to keep me happy and at an acceptable cost level. The delivery and communication is excelent too. Can't fault Duel, whilst I look at other brands at shows etc. I've not been tempted to swap brand.”

“Ordered a selection of car cleaning products and very impressed with them. Had an item missing from my package which was resolved in reasonable time. The satin finish product used along with Logic cleaner has brought my interior up like new”

“I am very happy with my order. I was looking for alternative detailing products to use instead of using halfords and this exceeded my expectations. It has gave my car a very impressive finish and protection which is what I was looking for and has kept my car cleaner for longer than other products have on the market.”

“The products duel supply are fantastic. I did receive a discount code but sadly lost it and still made another purchase with a note to duel asking if they would honour the discount they had sent but sadly I didn’t get the discount. I’m sure this is just an oversight and that could possibly be rectified?”

“I recently attended an experience day with Duel Autocare, and it was absolutely fantastic! The team was incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming, making the day both enjoyable and educational. One of the biggest takeaways for me was gaining the confidence to clean engine bays properly—something I had always been hesitant about before. The hands-on approach and expert guidance made it so much easier to understand the process and techniques involved. I also got to use a clay bar for the first time, and the results were amazing! Seeing firsthand how much contamination it removes and how smooth the paintwork becomes was a real eye-opener. The team explained everything clearly, ensuring I knew how to use the products effectively. I would absolutely love to return and learn even more, especially from other members of the Duel team. Their passion for detailing is truly inspiring, and I know there’s still so much more to discover.
