Areas for further attention was
a. The set-up was not that easy and a confirmation email could be useful that it was set up correctly would assist.
b. Daily Data usage could be made more easy to access
c. A reminder was needed the day before that the esim was due to expire. ie It expired at 2pm in USA in the middle of a ling car trip when iphone maps were being used and so this was a surprise that the esim stopped working in the miiddle of a car journey! It should have kept going to midnight USA time not uk time”

a - we sent an email to you when you installed your eSIM.
b - you can view usage on the homepage when you are signed in to your account.
c - the usage indicator on the homepage also has a date of expiry. I can see you used your eSIM from the 6th of November to the 6th of December when your 30 days ran out. You can top up and extend the duration by signing in to your account.
