“Simple to buy and install the esim, but the activation instructions could have been a little bit clearer in stating that you needed to switch ON data roaming otherwise you won't get data. Once I'd done that the esim worked flawlessly and gave me data whenever I needed it. Also was useful to be able to check my data usage on my account online, to ensure I wasn't going over my limit.”
“I didn't get a sim before I left the country reading about not being allowed a sim from abroad. I had to get by and have data in order to keep in touch and get about. After a few attempts at local shops I decided to search online and this came up on my search. After seeing the price difference and the rates I decided to go ahead and get the easy sim. I would rate it 5 star's but only downside is that at times it won't connect and I would have to on and off the data and the esim to get it back running. Other than that I had plenty of data to use, but no calling unless it was on WhatsApp. Thanks easy sim for the facility. I recommended it to my family who also used it on their trips”

“this is my second trip using easySim and what I would suggest is downloading eSIM before leaving and check that the APN is set correct, trying to amend with a 8 hour time difference, as I had to do on first trip, is quite difficult. That said respone when checking before second trip was very quick. Once abroad the service worked very well and I will be using again on any trip that I do not have Roaming included.”
