Regarding iMessage, our eSIMs support iMessage and iPhones ask a question on set up. We have included that step in our installation video which you can find in our Help Centre.

I can assure you that our eSIMs cannot consume data by themselves and there must be a reason why your phone consumed 1GB of data in 24 hours. I have also checked our support platform and I can see you did not ask for help which is a shame because I am sure we would have got to the bottom of it for you. “Easy process, but needs to be more mobile friendly as I had press some buttons on the form a few times before it worked. But otherwise, it was fairly straightforward, signal was good and cost was reasonable.”
“Once installed and set up the e-sim was easy to use and functioned well.
Areas for further attention was
a. The set-up was not that easy and a confirmation email could be useful that it was set up correctly would assist.
b. Daily Data usage could be made more easy to access
c. A reminder was needed the day before that the esim was due to expire. ie It expired at 2pm in USA in the middle of a ling car trip when iphone maps were being used and so this was a surprise that the esim stopped working in the miiddle of a car journey! It should have kept going to midnight USA time not uk time”

a - we sent an email to you when you installed your eSIM.
b - you can view usage on the homepage when you are signed in to your account.
c - the usage indicator on the homepage also has a date of expiry. I can see you used your eSIM from the 6th of November to the 6th of December when your 30 days ran out. You can top up and extend the duration by signing in to your account.

“It worked str8 forward, would be great if it was working for those 30/31 days being abroad rather than calendar days as well as a universal esim for more than one country, as I use to travel a lot and I would have to have a separate esim for each country.”
