“This is the first time I’ve tried an eSIM. I was going to the USA and for £10 thought it was worth a go. Have to say, apart from setting it up which I found a little difficult, it worked beautifully and I was able to access data during my 10 day stay. Would definately use again.”

“Installation and setup was very easy. Switching the iphone over to use that sim for data was also straight forward. Getting the sim to pop up with signal in central London and then in central Paris appeared to be be spotty which might be due to our locations and or cell tower locations. So, we also needed to rely heavily on hotel wireless to make it all work seamlessly.”

“Easy to buy and use. I was concerned that on landing in Canada my standard SIM may have billing before I switched over to the eSIM, but this seemed to work OK without charges. Also I almost ran out of capacity (is there a meter I can see running?) but to extend I would need to buy an expensive smaller unit, rather than extending my larger package (30gb) at a beneficial cost. If you can sort these thats better”

We also sent SMS messages to your eSIM when you reached 50% and 80% of usage. Regarding topping up, all you need to do is sign in to your account and purchase another data bundle. We then add the data to your existing eSIM so you do not have to scan a QR code or install another eSIM. You purchased a 10GB data bundle and you had 1.88GB remaining when your eSIM expired so on this trip, your purchase was all you needed - good choice!. “Very easy to buy and fairly simple to install (first time for me). A little tricky to get around the switch from Primary SIM to Secondary SIM on arrival at our destination but again, first time for me.”
“I used easysim for my journey to the USA in September 2024. I was very happy with the coverage. It worked very well and the 1 months package I bought was perfect for the 3 weeks I was there. That’s all I needed. One thing I did not understand though was getting I message to my original number. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it did not, so I’m not sure if it was an error on my side(did I do something wrong in the set up) or if it was an error from easysim. For me it didn’t matter so much because I switched to WhatsApp and i didn’t plan to use my uk number in the US, but I don’t really know how it works if you are planning to use it both.”
