“I found it quite difficult to actually set the SIM up.
Initially the SIM wasn’t working which was annoying , but using the ‘contact a human’ facility, ‘JIM’ was fantastic. He checked my set up via screenshots , luckily all of which were ok. It took a couple of days to sort it out mostly due to the time difference, and lack of wifi, but he was dogged and very patient. I appreciated having the same person to help rather than someone different each day.
I cannot fault the service Jim provided.
I would recommend easy sim to others.
I give it 4 stars as it wasn’t working for 2-3 days but other than that it was great.”

“Easy to buy and customer service with online chat was the easiest and quickest company I’ve dealt with. Resolved my issue in literally 5 minutes.
SIM worked as expected in Canada and Alaska. Signal strength was good. Only issue I had was how to add additional data. I still didn’t resolve it as website seems to suggest adding a new eSIM?
Also would have been useful to have had a small bundle of minutes simply for calling contacts/hotels etc whilst overseas as WhatsApp etc not used by all.”
