Sometimes it worked, sometimes it did not, so I’m not sure if it was an error on my side(did I do something wrong in the set up) or if it was an error from easysim. For me it didn’t matter so much because I switched to WhatsApp and i didn’t plan to use my uk number in the US, but I don’t really know how it works if you are planning to use it both.”

We sincerely apologise for the nightmare you encountered while using our service. I can see your 1GB bundle in Spain lasted for 3 days, but you experienced challenges in topping up. To add additional data, you need to purchase another data bundle for Spain. There were two issues with your second purchase:
1) Instead of logging into your account, you purchased using a new account. This consequently generated a new eSIM which would need to be installed, this possibly led to confusion.
2) The bundle you purchased was not for Spain. Instead, it was for the UK, which does not work in Spain.
It's such a shame you did not contact us when you experienced an issue. We have a 'Help' button when logged into your account which enables you to contact us in just a few clicks. We would have spotted the issue right away and help you top up.
We completely understand your reluctance to pursue a refund, given the hassle involved. But I am going to remove all the hassle and process your refund of £7 today.
Additionally, I am also going to message you privately to check you can access your account so it is ready for your next trip.
