I have checked our support platform and I cannot see any help requests from you which is a shame - I am sure we would have got to the bottom of any connectivity issues. It is really easy to ask for help - just tap 'Help' when signed in to your account. I can also see that you used 28GB of your data so I can only assume you had connection.
