“I was USA and I had been recommended by a colleague to use Easysim for the reason it was easy to use 👍 or should I say we found it fantastic very good value and we used it to contact our parents while abroad for a few weeks . Easy to use easy to access easy on price .. well worth the money great value will do it again and definitely will recommend”

“Easy to use, 10GB was plenty of data for travelling around USA for 3 weeks. Also really surprised how good the 5G coverage was out there. We did the Grand Circle and we're in some very remote places, but most of the time had signal.”

“Easy Sim has been exactly what its name implies to me: easy to use. Which I really appreciated, since I'm not an expert in this kind of stuff. How to use instructions are clear, the whole process from buying the sim to having it installed is quick and the team has also been great in helping me with an extra question I had for which I contacted them. Fully satisfied.”

“Easy to purchase, came to the phone without any issues. The only problem was actually getting the configuration on the phone for it to work. Half an hour on the chat with Jim and it was all sorted.”

“I'm no expert when it comes to tech or phones, but found pretty easy to set up the e-sim to use whilst abroad. I saved a lot compared to paying to use my normal provider abroad - I deliberately only used data. Would definitely use again!”

“No problems at all with the eSIM, worked perfectly. Updates and communication from easySim was also good. Need to be able to adjust settings on your phone, which I was able to do, but would be a bit difficult for some. Overall a good value service and I will use again.”

“Had a nightmare abroad… it ran out in 3 days and it would not let me add additional as per email l was sent. Had to register with another email address cost £7 but unable to activate so gave it up in the end, can’t be bothered to try and get my money back. Update: l have kindly been refunded and given an explanation following my review, much appreciated thanks so much.”

Dear Maggie, thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with your feedback about your experience with easySim. We truly appreciate your openness in sharing your concerns. We sincerely apologise for the nightmare you encountered while using our service. I can see your 1GB bundle in Spain lasted for 3 days, but you experienced challenges in topping up. To add additional data, you need to purchase another data bundle for Spain. There were two issues with your second purchase: 1) Instead of logging into your account, you purchased using a new account. This consequently generated a new eSIM which would need to be installed, this possibly led to confusion. 2) The bundle you purchased was not for Spain. Instead, it was for the UK, which does not work in Spain. It's such a shame you did not contact us when you experienced an issue. We have a 'Help' button when logged into your account which enables you to contact us in just a few clicks. We would have spotted the issue right away and help you top up. We completely understand your reluctance to pursue a refund, given the hassle involved. But I am going to remove all the hassle and process your refund of £7 today. Additionally, I am also going to message you privately to check you can access your account so it is ready for your next trip. Once again, we deeply appreciate your feedback and regret any inconvenience caused during your recent travels. Kind regards, Richard
