“Add esim to phone before travelling to Turkey, on arrival switched phone over to easysim and connected to local network straight away. Cheaper to use esim for travelling then paying additional more expensive charges to my network. Highly recommend and will use again in the future when going abroad. Coverage in these destinations can be patchy, which is why we have partnered with 4 networks in the Canary Islands (Movistar, Orange, Vodafone, Yoigo). It's a shame you did not contact our support, where we would have asked you to manually select another network. We hope you will try us again when you next travel.

“Never even having heard of eSims before I looked into how to use my phone prior to visiting the USA, I was very pleased to find that there was a way to avoid the enormous costs that I would have incurred if I had travelled using my existing contract. I found easySim via Money Saving Expert and decided that what they were able to offer was perfect for me. Having ascertained that my phone was capable of utilising an eSim, I bought one of their plans, 5GB for £13, and started the process of installing it. I am not at all au fait with digital technology, and soon got into difficulties. To avoid a long bout of head scratching I raised an issue with the help department. I was contacted by telephone by return by one of the two owners of the company, Jim, who was absolutely brilliant and got me sorted, even though he must have been questioning what he had let himself in for in dealing with me! I can't praise the service I received from easySim enough. And the facility that they offer is absolutely brilliant. It worked like a dream whilst in the 'States with no hitches. I have no hesitation in recommending easySim. I will use them whenever I travel far afield in the future.”

I was a bit confused on how the questions should be answered and struggled actually getting the roaming data working on my iPhone, but that was a user issue rather than the sim.
Overall I'd recommend easySim especially as they seem to have the best price points backed up by a known and trusted brand.”
