I have also checked our support platform and I can see you raised a help request and we responded in 7 minutes with instructions. We did not get a response from you but we continued to monitor your eSIM and could see you were using data.

“We went on a cruise covering Eastern Mediterranean so thought that the Europe SIM would do the job. Checked all the countries we were visiting and this seemed like a good fit. Worked flawlessly in all the stops we had - even 2000 meters up Mount Etna. Got to Montenegro and had no signal at all (even though it was one of the included countries) anywhere so had to rely on a coffee shop WiFi network to access WhatsApp to send our son pin drop of where we were. All in all though would use again.”

Unfortunately, I still had a challenge, emailed Support Team and Dylan from the On-line Support Team was so helpful and understanding and dealt very professionally with my problem.
