Everything worked well except the instruction to scan the QR code to activate, I needed another device to open up my email and then scan with my phone. I was over cautious and didnt use all my data but very easy to swap countries as i travelled.

super good works very well but just a tiny bit confusing to understand and use at first anyways i love it

This was an Oz sim which worked well on Optus but when Optus wasn't available it would switch to Telstra where there was no data....what's the point? OH had a NZ/Oz sim which tended to go to Telstra and had data. Happy with hers but not happy with mine.

My easySim did not work well but I DID get some coverage while traveling. What I am pleased to report is that easySim reached out to me and provided me with a refund, a travel credit, AND gave me helpful advice on how to deal with any challenges that might come up during future travel. GREAT customer support!

Great first experience with easySim in Australia and New Zealand. Good value for money and easy to use. The only issue i had was that I was unable to use imessage to contact family, so used Whatsapp instead.

We have included that step in our installation video which you can find in our Help Centre. You can also configure iMessage after installation and our support team could have helped you with that in minutes. Very pleased with my easySim.global purchase.. Purchased the Oceania 20GB / 30 days for use in Australia & New Zealand. Installed in the UK prior to departed. Everything worked perfectly! Connected instantly in Auckland and worked brillantly throughout our holiday. I would highly recommend.

Excellent service while traveling in Spain and England. Fee much cheaper than my home phone service. Easy downloaded to my phone. Will definitely recommend and use again when I return to Spain later this year.

Even though I had an issue with the eSIM the company tried their hardest to work out what the problem was. Having said this my husband had the same eSIM and his was absolutely fine Company did whatever they could to sort the issue out for me

Hi Alison, thank you for your review and I am disappointed that you did not have the best experience. I can assure you that our eSIMs cannot consume data by themselves and there must be a reason why your phone consumed 1GB of data in 24 hours. I have also checked our support platform and I can see you did not ask for help which is a shame because I am sure we would have got to the bottom of it for you.
