It take a little while to get your head around multiple SIMs, but you soon become an expert. Remember to keep your eSIM for your next trip, but disable it to save battery. “The SIM is convenient and easy to use when abroad, the only issue which makes no sense to me, is that you ask users to scan a QR code in order to set up/ activate the SIM. Each time I've bought an easySIM I've done so on my mobile device, as it's the last thing I think of when travelling. If I'm purchasing the SIM with my mobile, how am I expected to scan a QR code with said mobile. The manual installation instructions do not work on my Android device (Google Pixel) and each time I've had to rely on the help of strangers in a new country, by sending them a screenshot of the QR code and scanning it from their phones. As you can imagine, this is not very convenient, especially in a country where you don't speak the local language. It would be helpful to find a better solution.”

We understand your frustration with scanning a QR code from the device which receives a QR code, a problem shared with most eSIM providers. This is why we added a "copy" function to help manual configuration. Going manual is a little fiddly, but it is well documented in our Android instructions. Please contact our support if you would like assistance when you next upgrade your phone.
Unlike other eSIM providers, you only need to install your eSIM once, it is yours to keep (as long as you use it occasionally).

“Was travelling to Turkey and purchased easySim eSim to get data as roaming charges on my UK sim was exorbitant.
Connectivity was good throughout the place we stayed and at airport (we did not roam much).
You get data only - no phone number but I did not care much about having to call anyone.
I find there are a LOT of eSIM providers nowadays and this wasn't the cheapest but there was a link right on my boarding card which made it easy to remember to get this BEFORE travelling rather than land and go in search of a local shop that had a sim and this reduced stress a lot.
Overall - helped me with having data during our stay - no complaints as such.”

1 minus star, because first installation of esim is more complicated. You get an QR-Code, which is not easy to scan, when you have only your phone with you. Travel Sim Apps have the function for direct installation via button. But you it is positive that you can reuse the installed esim.”

Unfortunately we have not had an opportunity to help you but If you perform a manual network search, your eSIM will find and connect to our network partner in Armenia - Beeline. In any event, I will refund your Armenia data bundle immediately and I will contact your via our support channel to confirm. I hope that helps.
“eSim worked well in the US, however, unlike advertised on the web only AT&T network was possible, but not Verizon which lead to some areas without coverage. 5G did also not work, but 4G without issues, so no problem here.”
