I have checked our support platform and I cannot see any requests from you which is a real shame as I am sure we could have helped. All you need to do is sign in to your account and tap 'Help'. We respond very quickly and always get to the bottom of any issues. I have checked your eSIM and I can see you installed it and used a small amount of data in Turkey. “Very good service! It was easy to use, no problem with adding it onto the phone, and good coverage for all the countries I went to (4 countries). Switched off my main line and only exclusively used easySim during my travels. 10gb was more than enough for 4 countries during my 3 weeks stay (used WiFi whenever possible otherwise). Would use again! 👍🏻”

“Signal was inconsistent, lots of dead zones throughout Scotland, including in Metro areas. It was slow compared to what I am used to, but it was still a good buy.”
