“All staff found it easy to set-up account and complete the fire awareness training.
Only negative was when you took the assessment at the end, if you did not pass it would take you back to every section that you failed on and you would have to listen to the whole training section again, with no way of skipping past.”

“Accessing the course was very frustrating and time consuming. I have an iPhone and iPad and was unable to access the course. I was unable to use the library as the course requires headphones - the transcript option didn’t work. I had to resort to using an old laptop with outdated security.
Once accessed, the course content was satisfactory and fairly easy to navigate.”
