“Overall we were happy with the service. However, we we purchased the same courses as last year and for the same people, there was a bit of a delay getting started as your IT had to get involved. Also some of the guys found they were getting stuck on the courses half way through and also maybe you need to be clear mabout the devices they can use.”
“Course content fine, but found the questions difficult to answer as if you get a question wrong in the test it is not clear which answer is wrong. I spent some time going over and over the questions and answered some wrongly thinking they were the ones I got wrong. Whilst I appreciate the test is not meant to be easy I think by not indicating the ones which were answered incorrectly it caused confusion and doubt in the other answers.”
“The course kept sticking at bits which meant it was not saved. additionally when it was saved if faile dthe questions then it took you back to module and would not allow yu to skip the recap so it was very time consuming. There werre also questions asked when it had not taught you some of the information. Based on the courses i do not consider myself competent on these and not willing to implement these into my working life base don the courses.”
“The back end system is not very intuitive or user friendly. It is actually very dated.
Many systems now offer user programs which include many of the courses for an annual fee for unlimited users, making them more attractive from a cost perspective too.”
“I found it difficult to log in and the navigation was obscure. There was a long time between payment anf the opportunity to start the course, so much I thought something had gone wrong. Again,not made clear. I was then unable to start the course until a message to customer service resulted in my being connected. In short, vague instructions on the course and contradictory in places.”
