Unfortunately the item you ordered doesn't come with a power supply, it is to be purchased separately, or you can use the alarm panels power supply.

As discussed with you previously we DO replace faulty items, we just needed you to follow the correct process for Texecom returns as set out by Texecom themselves, unfortunately as you chose not to do this we were unable to help with a replacement.
If it any point you change your mind and do contact Texecom for a returns number, we would be happy to provide a replacement.
“My experience was not good. The order arrived so poorly packaged it was inevitable that the sensor would be damaged. I reported it with an image, nothing done for 24 hrs, complained again, was told replacement sensor would be sent properly packaged, it arrived in the flimsy manufacturers thin box, no additional protection. Luckily the sensor was not damaged but the box was badly crushed. After initially being told the damaged sensor did not have to be returned now you want it back so I have to waste my time and expense getting a completely useless scrap sensor back to you! I have been hugely inconvenienced as has my customer all because the warehouse cannot or will not spend time to package items capable of withstanding the abuse they will receive from the couriers.”
“The electrical products I required were all available from stock and were priced competitively. Electrical son line website was easy to navigate annd to select from. Ordering was straightforward. Delivery time was as predicted and free of charge for orders over a certain value. Communication was straightforward, polite and prompt.
The products have not all been used yet, so I cannot comment on reliability but quality was backed by customer reviews so is unlikely to be a problem. Thanks for your service.”
