“Awful. Ordered a battery with free next day delivery. Next day I'm informed there is a problem with their website and I now have to £9.95 delivery. Guess what still no delivery, and offer of my money back! Shocking service”

Apologies for the high costs for transport, you are right we do charge a high fee and I apologise for the inconvenience of this, however this is due to high costs from our couriers.
As we ship a variety of products with a vast range of weights and sizes, our shipping costs can also vary significantly. With that said, we charge our customers a fee similar to our average cost for packing and shipping in order to try and provide a fair price for all regardless of what is being purchased, however this can lead to high costs for shipment of small orders such as yours, and I am sorry for the inconvenience of this.

The electrical items that I purchased were the cheapest that I could find, and the threshold for free delivery was the lowest.
