“The item was delivered promptly and I was kept up to date with the status of delivery.
Possible not Electricals Online's fault, but the only issue was that there were no instructions with the PIR, and they are not easy to find online, so setting it up is a bit hit and miss.”

Sorry to hear about the issue with instructions. Unfortunately this is just something that the manufacturer does in order to discourage members of the public from installing their products, however if you create an account on their website you can download the instructions from there.
