“Part arrived as arranged however I asked what the cut of time was for deliveries and was told 3pm and as the wek site said I should get it the next working day the site even said the sixth you can track the package it didnt leave the depot until late evening on the 6th it arrived as described on the 7th around mid day almost 2 days after my order I was later told the cut of was 12.30 there AI system got it wrong but surely they set up there AI all good now but ver misleading indeed”

“Very good product and service only let down by Royal Mail delivery services. Parcel not delivered on the day listed by Royal Mail. Delayed during the course of the actual delivery date which meant staying at home and waiting until 21:00hrs when it eventually turned up. Using a courier service would be advantageous, otherwise I would recommend Electricals Online.”
