I placed two very simple orders, yet they shipped them in several separate deliveries. To make matters worse, the final package was sent to the wrong address. They were never responsive, despite my repeated attempts to contact them and resolve the issue. I tried several times to sort this out with their customer service, but unfortunately, nothing was ever resolved”
